I am grateful Ganesha Haus Lounge is so close to home. It’s become my second home! All the teachers are unique and offer such a wonderful yoga practice. It has a true sense of community and I love being apart of it!

Ganesha Haus has become my place of solitude, calm and has helped me appreciate the true power of yoga. The owner, Jillian, is one of the most genuine and welcoming individuals I have ever met and it is a breath of fresh air to practice in a beautiful environment that is void of the frills and superficiality of most LA studios. I always leave there feeling refreshed, appreciated and grateful.

There are a lot of yoga studios in LA.(Which is probably a good thing, given the need to ground a city of anxious, creative types who never know when their next gig is ;)) That said, calling a studio«home»(or even giving a new one a try) is ultimately a very personal choice. Ganesha Haus Yoga Lounge is my home for the following reasons: its warmth, its authenticity, and its sense of community. Jillian Coogan, the studio’s owner, has studied in Rishikesh, India(as have a number of other teachers), and she brings her openness, curiosity, and humor to the yoga mat. And if exploration and journey in an intimate setting sits right within you, then it might be a place you could call home as well.

I have been going to Jillian’s classes for years and was excited when I found out she was opening up her own yoga studio. The first thing that you’ll notice when you walk in is the community vibe. Everyone is friendly and will say hello, you won’t feel like a stranger among a bunch of pretty LA people. Classes are small so you get a lot of personal attention from the instructors and the space is beautiful. I highly recommend Ganesha Haus and hope to see you there.

Ganesa Haus is a lovely studio, cozy and pretty. Jillian, the owner, is great! She makes everyone feel welcome. Her classes are challenging, playful, and have a nice pace. You’ll get to flow, but also enjoy the poses too. And she’ll make sure you’re practicing safely, and guide you to a sweet Savasana. You’ll leave feeling blissed out.

I have only taken one class at this studio, and it was very worthy of high praise. Jillian held the space for us to explore ourselves in safety and freedom — and encouraged heart bursting love through her sense of humor and playfulness. I live on the east coast, but wish I could attend Ganesha Haus regularly!

I am happy that I have a stress free and relaxed yoga studio close by with ease in parking and a lovely environment. As a chiropractor and acupuncturist I love that the classes are restorative, yet energizing and relaxing and have no fear of being injured or over worked. All the people that attend are lovely as are the instructors.

Jillian is simply wonderful :) I’m so glad she returned from her training in India to open this lovely studio. She is truly attentive to her students and includes so many nice touches such as including calming lavender oils at the end. I still consider myself a newbie at yoga, even though I’ve practiced on and off for almost a decade. Jillian was the first teacher who helped me find that yoga zen — that euphoric feeling after your practice. Thanks Jillian!

Wonderful space with kind, generously spirited, positive teachers. As a beginner and health challenged individual, my experiences at Ganesha Haus have been more, on several different levels, than I could have hoped for.

Ganesha Haus is the best yoga studio I’ve found in LA — highly qualified, talented and dedicated teachers, small class sizes and a beautiful environment. In addition to great classes, they also offer really interesting special events on weekends. It’s a great community of people and I’ve learned so much here!

I am so happy with this new studio. It’s incredibly convenient, located where there are not an abundance of yoga studios already and the teaching is outstanding. They have a super introductory deal. I encourage folks new to yoga as well as experienced yogis to check it out.

Super friendly and open studio that fills a void in the West LA yoga scene. It’s a small space the feels warm and inviting. Unlike other studios I have been to, it lacks that competitive vibe, instead, embracing you for you. It’s the perfect place for people of all yoga levels, new or experienced. I love the friendly teachers, the small class sizes, and the general respect everyone has for yoga. I am so excited that someplace like this opened right in my backyard! If you have ever wanted to try yoga and were intimidated, or if you are just sick of the LA yoga vibe, OR if you just want an open and inviting place to continue your practice, this is totally the studio for you.

I am so glad there is finally a good neighborhood yoga studio that serves this area. The teachers here are all highly qualified and passionate about yoga and community. The classes are just the right size to receive extra individual attention from the teacher. The studio space is beautiful and inviting and the outdoor patio is a nice place to hang out and sip tea between classes.

Love this new studio! The owner of the studio, Jillian, is amazing. I’ve tried all different types of yoga around LA and Southbay and her style is by far the best. It’s hard to find a place that feels authentic and not just focused on pop music and a workout. Jillian gives you pieces of wisdom to take with you off of the mat. Perfect place to go and de-stress/recenter. Can’t wait to try all of the new teachers she selected for the studio!
