The food is actually decent for a tiny place at the edge of Koreatown. I have ordered a seafood jajungmein which is a stable dish in Korea. What was Strange was that they made me pay first in the middle of the meal which I told them that you didn’t think I could afford the meal? Initially they refused my offer but willing to give me 15% of order more than $ 20. Bait and switched was very uncalled for. Unsavory business practice ended you with a 1 star for service and 3 stars for food. 2 stars is more than generous for your place.

Where to start? I’ve never experienced something like this before. The food is actually not bad. The real loser here is the service. It was insanely bad. I came here and ordered food to go. They snuck $ 1 onto my order without telling me. That’s just bad news. It was for the to-go box! A few tips if you do find yourself without any choices and you go here: 1. Ask how much the total breakdown is. They added an extra dollar because of a to-go order. 2. Ask how long it will take. I had 3 items, it took them 28 minutes. That’s slower than a sit down restaurant. And the inside was completely dead(not a person in there). 3. Ask Delivery charge. Their website says Free but they quoted me at «only a couple bucks» The WORSTPART: The owner was on the phone asking a «Francisco» why he wasn’t there. Apparently the cook, Francisco, was late for work. The owner asked another staff if it was Francisco’s day off. It wasn’t. So they consulted one another and told Francisco to get there asap and that they needed him. The owner and the staff said they need him today but they are going to fire him tomorrow. And of course they’re not going to tell him that until his shift is finished today. Mind blowing people. All in front of me without a care in the world. Who fires people in front of their customers like that? These people just don’t care. The food we got wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad. It really is the service. This place is kind of a dump with remnants(décor and sticky oily walls) from the last crappy restaurant that was there. So late night food, could be a good option. But seriously, their service is terrible. They don’t even keep their front door closed, just a screen door that doesn’t close. Health hazard I guess. I hope they read this(they won’t). I just want folks to know they have okay food but odd and horrible service. It will turn you off for sure. Sorry folks, you can’t have regular anything here.

I have been ordering from this restaurant since they started on eat24. At least once, if not twice a week for several months. Didn’t have issues before until the last order. Their soups are not descriptive at all and when I ordered their bean paste soup, I asked for NOSEAFOOD, BEEFORPORKOK. So imagine my surprise when I got to the middle of the soup, several clam shells. I understand mistakes happen and I advised eat24 of the issue, asking for credit for next time or refund. I received a phone call from eat24 and the rep stated, «the person at the restaurant admitted they didn’t read the special instructions but he refused to offer any refund or credit. In fact, the guy I spoke to appeared nonchalant about the whole issue». This not only disappointed me with this restaurant but I write this as a warning. Some people are allergic to certain foods, what if I or someone else did have such allergies and a restaurant such as this treated your condition or request with this type of nonchalant disregard. .the person went to the hospital because we didn’t bother reading the order, oh well. Imagine how they prepare your food… it fell on the floor, oh well, the customer won’t know or care… food for thought… or should I say seafood for thought.

I can’t start to describe how BAD of an experience I had at this place. First of all I wanted to dine in and the place was empty. Even though there were no customers, there was no employee available and I pretty much had to beg for someone to serve us. After a few minutes another employee arrived and he asked if we were eating there? We said yes, and he looked at us with a funny look, like we weren’t suppose to be there. We got our orders, which were really under average for taste and quality. At the time we went to pay, we wanted to use a $ 10 coupon from and the server said they dont accept coupons from them. I went to and showed him their restaurant is listed there. He didnt care and didnt want to give us the discount. I decided to pay the full bill and argue with later. That when I noticed they charge me more for an item then what the menu showed it. He said they changed the menus but didnt have time to put it on the counter yet. He still wanted to charge me more for the item. Finally after arguing he gave me back the difference. AWFUL customer service, REALLYBAD restaurant to order food from!

I love that they deliver during late hours! My husband & I ordered spicy rice cake with ramen, extremely hot pork hock(jokbal), small sized soondae & kimbap. Oh mannnnnn let me just say that I LOVED their hot pork hock(jokbal). Absolutely delicious(only if you love spicy food). The other food was good too but nothing too special. I’m giving it a 5 star rating because of the jokbal I’m going to be craving it every night now

Went to this place and it was dead, but I sort of liked that, the interior had a very homey feel. The staff was friendly and they had some Korean TV on and it was really entertaining. Best thing about this place is that they do an all you can eat sushi deal between 5pm and 9pm for $ 13.99!!! And they let you order any of the rolls, including the specialty rolls. AYCE for the win!!!

I call in, try to order a roll. They have no fish, a place that sells largely sushi, has no fish. So, I order a beef bowl, sorry $ 10 minimum. They have nothing to sell, but won’t make an exception for a smaller order, sorry you don’t deserve my business.

I order from here ALL the time. It’s just convenient friendly service and really affordable. The younger guy is super helpful and nice. The older guys are NIGHTMARES — theyre nice but its so hard to communicate with them to where its a turn off. I’ve picked up my order from there once to get a gist of the place, it’s just better to order takeout vs deal with parking in that plaza. I usually order the spicy tuna, the Mexican roll, and the Philli. I’m allergic to cucumbers so I’ve had to call back a few times. They’ll correct the order for the most part; especially if I order to deliver somewhere other than my place but I’m such a regular they just know my order once I give them my address which is cool. Four stars because food is decent, prices good, free delivery, nice folks. If it weren’t for that they’d be a three.

Saw that they delivered so I called them up to see if they have a minimum. $ 10, so not bad. I ordered the small fried chicken, bacon kimchi fried rice, and the spicy salmon roll. The fried rice was okay. A fair amount of bacon bits are included, but they didn’t cook them very well. I like my bacon to be crispier, but their’s is like it was removed half a second past the bare minimum cooking time. Very oily too, but could be from the bacon fat. Serving size is decent. The fried chicken is very fatty. Most pieces had a lot of batter on it, so initially couldn’t tell if it’s a wing or thigh. The salmon roll was okay as well. Not very spicy, but at least the fish didn’t taste old. I would have considered ordering from them again, but they tried to tell me that my address required a $ 3 delivery charge because of my distance. So, on the CC bill, he had added $ 3 on the tip and with a plus symbol next to it. I let him know that since nothing was mentioned during the order, that I wouldn’t pay for that. The better thing that they could have done as a business is to say something like«Normally, your location is far from us so it will require a delivery charge. We waived it as a courtesy this time, but you will need to pay for it on your next order.» That would provide a better experience for the customer, IMO.

Good experience overall. I found a flyer taped to the door and my boyfriend and I had been craving sushi, so we ordered in. I got the Baked Scallop and the Spicy California Roll. The BSCR was good, probably saved by the sauce. I’m unsure how fresh the scallops were. The gentleman forgot our drink order. We were not charged for it. Mistakes happen. Delivery took a little longer than promised(50min instead of 30−40min), but it was free, so no complaints. The prices and the food were agreeable. I would order from here again, but the convenience definitely plays a factor.

I had a craving for sushi during dinner time and I had just found this flyer taped to my door. It peaked my curiosity as I have never had sushi delivered so I ordered trial items to see if this will be something I may frequent. The food came in a timely manner and the driver was very courteous and polite. The tempura had two shrimps and two vegetable items. It was OK. I also ordered the King King Kong Roll, Tiger Roll, and Baked Scallop Roll. The King Kong Roll was appropriately named because it is about three times the size of regular rolls. It wasn’t bad but the size is just about the only thing to brag about. The Tiger roll was cut in generous portions. The shrimps still had their whole tails on top of the roll and they didn’t really strike me as being fresh. I had to dip this in soy sauce with wasabi to get some flavor out of the rolls. I had such higher expectations for the Baked Scallop Roll but it only had ¼ of the scallops on top as there was on the picture in their menu. It did have a generous serving of the sauce that the scallops were supposed to be in, just not enough scallops. It kind of looked like they poured the scallops on them wiped them off leaving just the sauce and only a few scallops. All in all, the portions of the rolls were generous. The flavor was a bit lacking compared to other restaurants that I usually frequent. The delivery time was not bad as they arrived within the 30 minutes they told me. I gave 3 stars for the service and generous portions but I am not sure I will frequent this place. Their prices are not cheaper and definitely not better than the other restaurants I go to. I may give them one more chance to see if the food gets better, so the jury is still out on whether I totally dispose of the flyer completely and remain loyal to the sushi places I drive to instead.

I ordered the Deep Fried California Roll, it was meh, not bad and not good. The sauce they sprinkled on top saves this roll because without, it’s really bland. I won’t be ordering from them again, but I did enjoy the salad that was added.
