Placed an online order with Z Gallerie… Paid nearly $ 1,200.00! Scheduled a delivery date and time on two different occasions with this shipping company contracted by Z Gallerie which was a total failure! Employees at this shipping company are not professional, rude and do not care about customers needs. This issue should have been fixed when I first called and filed a complaint.

I bought a table from Z-​Galleries which uses FDS to deliver their furniture. During the process, there was a miscommunication as to the date and time of delivery. The manager at FDS went above and beyond to ensure my table will be delivered on my schedule, and it was. The delivery guys did a great job assembling the table. Thank You for the excellent customer service!
