i have used them for an unlawful detainer case, and let’s put it this way, they have managed to turn a little trivial case into a giant nightmare that i am still dealing with 6 month after the fact. I have already spent more than 1200 dollars of attorney fee with them and when bad things happen, they are always like «that’s not our responsiblity». What a mess!

The service is bad: they made mistakes in the serving proof which cost me time and delayed my case. They forgot to send me documents several times and I had to call them repeatedly; they sent me wrong documents multiple times. Don’t use them.

I’ve tried to use this company for their eviction service, not only did they not do their job correctly, they also try to over charge me claiming that this service has been done to charge me extra. Also customer service is really bad, good luck getting into contact with them about your case after you paid them. Bottm line, just done use their crappy service.
