Great breakfast pizza… Yeah breakfast pizza!!! Never heard of it before today! It was delicious! Crispy crust, eggs, cheese, spinach and mushrooms… Even had a separate pepperoni pizza at 0600! Great yummy food!!! Try it out!

Manager told us 10 times they would be open in 5 minutes. Poor customer service. Girls laughing behind counter. No one seemed to give a damn. Don’t bother waiting.

S/​o to the employee jordan. She tried turning me and my mother away like 4mins before opening. Shes a really bossy employee. she doesn’t seem happy at all working in the profession of making parfait’s. Im sure shes cool if you got to know her but shes not a cool employee.

I LOVED this place! I have celiac disease and have real problems getting any gluten free food or in fact restaurant workers taking me seriously (they think it’s an LA fad). Planes are especially difficult. I order the gluten free meal and I get crackers and cheesecake — yes even on Virgin Atlantic which in my opinion is one of the best.
Anyway I asked to speak to the manager (a guy called Louis) who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the gluten free options. He was very professional and courteous and made sure that I was completely taken care of. Because of him I would definitely feel confident to eat here again and know that I’m not going to get sick. A big thumbs up!

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The manager herself was rude and talked to guests in a rude tone. The server did not want to help a tourist, because the server could not speak Spanish. Both the manager and server were not attending to their guests even though they were not doing anything. Many of the guests were upset. Overall terrible service. I suggest going somewhere else. Overall, I was not treated well and the quality of the food is definitely not worth it.

5 Stars for the blonde girl named Jordan. She is hustling around helping everyone, and in general seems to be working 2−3x as hard as any of the other people there. Promote her right away, she has experience. She’s the saving grace of this establishment. She’s the only one who’s smiling the whole time and actually trying to speed things along.
0 Stars for Carlos, working with the kitchen on the pizzas. He obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing, lost my order twice and is just going at his slow pace talking and laughing with his pals in the kitchen. He is not fit to work in a fast paced food place like this and should find a job elsewhere, I’m sorry. When Jordan asks about orders with him, he would brush her off and pretty much ignore her. That’s annoying.

Came here instead of «Built by the Counter» next door because they have a shorter line. First of all, it doesn’t seem like they have any pizzas available that are not Cheese or Pepperoni. If you want any other pizza, prepare for the wait. I waited about 15 min for a BBQ Chicken Pizza. If you are in a hurry to catch a flight, it may not be the best place for you. Especially if you already see a line.

I came at 11:30 on a Tuesday with little wait. I ordered a chicken caesar salad which came out to be $ 11.77 (pretty overpriced considering its mediocre quality). The workers were friendly for the most part however, the lady who was making the salads had a bit of an attitude. She did not have much patience and didn’t bother to continue closing my lid after 2 try’s.

This place is absolutely awful. I waited in line for 20 minutes only to receive the wrong order. How hard is it to correctly mark a box? To top it off I heard the employees grumbling to each other about how the customers «minds aren’t working at this time of day». Sounds to me like they have a lot of experience in that department. Like the other reviewer I would rate this ⁰⁄₅ if I could.

I wish there was an option to give this a ⁰⁄₅. The employees are beyond incompetent. Two orders of overpriced $ 12 wings took about 20 minutes, and the portion size is just laughable. If you are in a rush, forget it.
