The French Tuesday parties are just awesome! I always had great time with them. Why? Here are the reasons: — hang out in places that are busy on weekends — going out on Tuesdays(make sense! :D) — exclusive clubs where it’s hard to get in during weekends — very good looking crowd: Hot girls and guys. — upscale crowd. Interesting ppl — Very good music and dj’s — international crowd — networking(only if you want)

I just attended my second French Tuesdays event, their annual White Party at the Beverly Hilton. I loved it! This is not your typical Hollywood party, the guests are classy and sophisticated, a bit more of an older crowd(30s-40s) all with very young Euro vibe –which was perfect for me. Because this is invite only, you won’t get your typical«access only to über-model-celebrity/producer-wannabes» this is a more down-to-earth beautiful, pleasant and sophisticated crowd. We reserved a poolside bed/lounge and had a blast. Amazing DJ, we danced the night away. Please do not email me for invites. I am not a member, I was invited.

I just saw that someone from French Tuesdays posted a reply to my review, well 1 year and a half after I wrote it… Hhahahhaa. That speaks for itself. Incidentally, I never went back nor I have any desire to.

I have been a member of FT for quite a while, I started off as a web member, and after attending a few events, I was graciously upgraded to full member. I am always anxious to find out where the next French Tuesdays event will be, and what the theme will be. I’ve been to some fun ones, like the speakeasy night at guys and dolls, the white party at the BH Hilton. If you’re a new-ish member, it can be difficult to have fun at these parties. The crowd is older. People in their 30s and 40s, but there are also younger people. It’s just not exactly a typical Hollywood party. When you go with friends, however, FT gives you a great opportunity to spend some quality time together, free entrance to amazing venues and a guaranteed night of dancing to the best music!(The DJs are usually European and have a different idea of what Top 40 means– which works perfectly for me). After a few events I’ve found the right way to enjoy them– it’s hard socializing with people, because everyone shows up in established groups. So that’s why I’m knocking off one star. Also, don’t bother emailing me for an invite– I’m using them all up on my friends. :)

Its amazing how despite my horrid review people still email me asking for an invite. I deleted myself from the French Tuesdays website… and am no longer a member of French Tuesdays. Please do not email me asking for an invitation. You will be sorely disappointed anyway… did you not read my review?

French Tuesdays is an private party event planner for members and their guests, that hosts fabulous parties every other Tuesday at the trendiest and most beautiful venues in the major cities, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, Miami, Sao Paulo, and Paris. There are also Club Med trips, golfing and garden brunch at Trump National Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes, and major New Year Eve blow outs. My favorites are the theme parties. Invitation only, the people are glamorous, nice looking, and classy. Is it Tuesday yet? French Tuesdays NYC at Duvet video: Cool and Fabulous French Tuesday video:

A roaming Francophile social club, held every other Tuesday night at various locations, i.e.; Area, Les Deux, Geisha House, The Beverly Hilton, c’est tres, tres bon! On the eve of our introduction to this novel fête, the theme was«White Night» and the dress code, aside from being mandatory, was strictly policed. This was to stunning effect, as we entered into a sea of a beautifully attired population. Champagne flowed as a fire dancer twirled her glowing orbs of amber and a saxophonist meandered through the crowd. While they are incredibly strict about their guest list, you do get the idea that they are not interested in catering to the celebrity clientele the other Hollywood promoters are guilty of. The menagerie of people from all over the world, were incredibly attractive and perhaps more important, polite. The men were not the lascivious, leering, «Entourage» wannabes L.A. clubs are teeming with. They were elegantly dressed gentlemen, and ladies, the French accents are no strike against them either. I must say, the Female to male ratio, seemed in heavy favor of the latter, in that there was quite a bevy of beauties. Tuesdays have never been this much fun.
