Horrible Online Customer Services! You call to Free People Online Customer Services(1−800−309−1500) and the associates have an attitude(Aug, 14,201510am-1pm customer service team). They are accountable for nothing. For every single order that you placed you have to add 1 – 2 days for only processing the order so if you paid for 1 – 2 days online shipping services like I did! you have to add 2 extra days for processing and now that’s not even the point for me, most important is how the online customer service team handled it… Horrible attitude, not guiding me to where I can find any information online regarding my issue, nothing! only attitude using terrible language. Again HORRIBLEONLINECUSTOMERSERVICE! Do not waist your time calling. Just wait for the email confirmation and that’s it! Buy anything that you like in person NOTONLINE!!! I do not know why they call this customer services if they do absolutely nothing! Hope Free People online customer service disappear forever. Advice for FreePeople Online Customer Service Team find another job if you do not like to deal with people or better yet find a purpose in life so we the customer do not have to deal with people like you!!! Sorry Free People I am not buying anything else online because your online customer services SUCKS!!!

Love shopping here when stuff goes on sale. They have really great sales. And a super cute summer selection right now.

This location used to be a We the Free and I really loved it, now it’s a Free People and it’s even better! Several racks of sale items — with cute, current season styles. Well stocked store with tons of great styles and options — a few of which can no longer be found at other locations and are sold out on-line. Friendly customer service a girl could really go nuts in here Love it!

this is the best free people i’ve been to! they always seem to have a big selection of all the new items and the sale rack rocks too. and i love that i can bring my boyfriend and he doesn’t have to stand around looking awkward outside while i’m trying on my clothes. plus, the dressing rooms here are amazing. the girls there are super nice and always check up on you, start a fitting room, and get sizes from the back if they’re not out front. love this location.

Okay, i have to admit i am kind of a Free People whore. And the fact that this one is right next to the Hollywood Farmer’s Market is a double bonus for my Sundays. It is a bright & airy shop where the sales associates are lovely, chipper and helpful. I’ve been in here a few times and rarely leave empty-handed(bad but good!). This last time i was there, 5/15, I had my dog with me and although he is behaved, it is a store’s prerogative to allow or not allow pets [And as a side note; I’m totally okay with that, as long as a store is consistent with their policy & the staff is up-front with me!]. Luckily, FP welcomes four-legged pals and Jack was the little gentleman he can be. We browsed, this store always seems to have a good-size collection of jewelry, all nicely displayed and a couple of sale racks, which are always worth perusing. I snagged an adorable frock & Jack got plenty of pets. Thanks, FP, I’ll be back!

Every so often you receive customer service worthy of praise and mention. Today was one one of those moments… I walked in for a quick bday gift and found some stellar items on sale! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Perhaps not too many guys go solo, but I’m glad I did and encourage the fellas to follow suit… I picked a few items and the sales associate kindly gift wrapped them with care. The extra dollars are well spent. Next door at Urban Outfitters, they toss your items like a grocery store checker; not buying cans here toots. The packaging was a super cool and a nice gift receipt envelope to boot! Thanks for making shopping memorable…

I don’t go to Free People very often because most of the time I can’t justify paying a huge sum of money for some of their clothes. However, they do have a pretty cute selection so when the price is right, or I’m rolling in the dough, I pop in here from time to time to treat myself to something nice. This location is pretty small. It feels like some of the old local boutiques on Melrose back when Melrose was slightly more fabulous and less tacky than it is now. The quality of their products are fair; a notch up from Urban Outfitters(which is across from it in the same complex), but not quite Anthropologie(which is where I usually treat myself to something nice… on sale, of course). The ladies who work here are quite friendly, and are always very helpful. There are other locations scattered around, and most major department stores carry Free People clothing including some Macy’s, Bloomingdales, and even Urban has a few items every now and then.
