Foot Locker Store

Nice and friendly staff. Came here to do some window shopping and see if there was any deal on nice sneakers. Didn’t find any but the staff was willing to help. I guess since it was not busy for a Wednesday. The shoes well organized and so was the clothes.

The summer is here and it’s time to get out and enjoy yourself. In order to do that, one needs some good comfortable, preferably stylish, shoes. Well, today I came into this Foot Locker, for the first time, in Eagle Rock Plaza. There was a decent display of new shoes and I was thoroughly impressed with the «value» section. In the «value» section, there are numerous shoe styles for $ 49.99, which is a «steal» for athletic shoes. As I started to browse further, I realized I hadn’t been approached for assistance and also noticed the people by me hadn’t been approached by an associate either. To our surprise, the associate was at the counter looking down, reading and writing something. Okay, what does it take to get (any) service anymore? At least acknowledge your customers’ presence while they’re in your store. Rarely, if ever, do I visit this particular mall, and this was my first time in this store. I’ll stay on «foot» to look for another Foot Locker to purchase my athletic shoes from and, hopefully, the associates at the next store will get on «foot» and offer some service.
