FoodFlo is by far thee best vegan food I have ever tasted. There is simply no competition. The quality of the food is remarkable. Chef Flo and her staff are doing an amazing job at producing delicious meals. I can’t thank them enough. If you’re not ordering from FoodFlo you are missing out on an amazingly delicious set of meals. Thank you so very much Chef Flo. I absolutely love your food. The meals you create are beyond delightful, they make my tummy very happy.

Foodflo was served during our entire yoga retreat, excellent. Her vegetarian burgers were excellent with me going back for seconds. I do not eat veg burgers b/​c of processing but her’s where whole food. Wonderful. I felt satiated and content after each meal even though it was almost all veggies. Excellent Chef.

I have used Foodflo for 2 years now. I love keeping the fridge stocked with amazing Vegan and Gluten free dishes. I pair her meals in with fruits and salads from home and don’t feel as guilty when I go out to eat a few times a week. Flo has me addicted to feeling good. FoodFlo rules! Florence is a genius, an artist. and her food is beyond. She totally helped my two best friends out of a jam when they got home from the hospital just after their first baby was born– they needed food to just show up, and for it to be nutrient dense, idiot proof and delicious. Florence nailed it. Don’t even bother with the other meal services– Flo is the real deal– she cares, she is impeccable, and its actually a great value for the spend. I can not recommend this service more highly. LOVE!

Chef Flo prepares lunches for my office, and this week we had her Shepherd’s Pie with a side of Wild Rice Salad and a Flo-​Bar. The meal was delicious, colorful, healthy, and it was wrapped like a present. The Shepherd’s Pie is my favorite, next to the Black Bean Quinoa Cakes!

Wow. I wish I could have Florence cater my life, everyday. My office started ordering her lunches and it’s the lunch day I look forward to most! Her food is creative, inventive and delicious– she’s a true chef and her food is art. I love that it’s all vegan and gluten free. I seriously don’t know how she does it. It’s as healthy as it is delicious and leaves you feeling nourished.
I highly recommend ordering from FoodFlo! Also, when she delivers, she wraps the boxes as if they were gifts. There is so much thought that goes into her meal preparation.

Wow. A self-​proclaimed carnivore who was trying to adopt a more healthy lifestyle, I can honestly say that I never knew vegan food/​vegetables could taste THIS good! Chef Flo has an amazing gift that everyone needs to sample.
Everthing on her menu from healthy, all-​natural snack bars to plentiful and delicious main entrees are flavored to perfection. Her chocolate mousse is extraordinary and an exercise in self-​control is needed to keep me from inhaling the whole thing… yes, it’s that good :-)
She has definitely made my life easier and healthier by offering a wide-​array of menu items (including her ginger alkaline water which is a very calming refresher for those of us with high-​stress jobs). Her food is an excellent value for the money as I’ve actually found her portions are enough for two meals rather than just one.
