I just had my first session with joe, and I must say what an inspiring guy. First off he’s incredibly down to earth and easy to get along with which I feel is essential for someone I’m going to see 3 times a week. As far as the training goes it’s exactly what I was looking for, progressive calisthenics, and functional strength training. Basically the kind of training that not only makes you look fit, but also makes you strong. Seeing joe move is incredibly motivating for me, his combined agility and strength is exactly what I want for myself, I’m not interested in being swollen and immobile like a bodybuilder. I asked joe what he was into, and he told me parkour, and acrobatics, and then he rocked out an awesome handstand. Needless to say I’m totally psyched at the potential of learning these skills from him, and I plan on mastering the handstand myself! If your looking for a fun way to train with a guy who is truly fit,(and doesn’t just look fit) then you’ve come to the right place!
