It’s parked right outside our research building at CHLA. Ordered the steak sandwich ($ 8), and hoped that it would have more meat than their burgers ($ 6). To my horror, there were 4 – 5 thin slices of meat, and the rest was some leafy crap between 2 slices of small sized bread. Perfect definition of «rip-​off»!

The Flavor Factory definitely does breakfast right! The guys working are super nice and friendly. I got a breakfast burrito, which had kale, scrambled eggs, avocado, and probably some other stuff that I can’t remember. The burrito was so filling and with a touch of hot sauce, all the flavors came together really nicely. It really is true that good food can come from a truck.

So I work at CHLA (EEG/​Neurology) and these know how to do it. Great food. Best burger in the area, no question. They take on custom wacky orders if challenged. They will often switch up menu by adding stuff (follow their Instagram page). Thanks fellas for keeping the belly full.

No words can describe the exquisite flavor of each meal that is served by Flavor Factory Food Truck! I couldn’t compare the quality and taste because there is no comparing… it’s that type of food that you just have to try so that you can understand what I am trying to express. From salads to wraps to burgers to pizzas — their food is one of a kind and if you are in the Hollywood, Echo Park, Silverlake, Los Feliz or surrounding areas, stop by and get something to eat here! I work at CHLA and have the privilege to have lunch by them any day of the week! The hawiian barebecue teriyaki chicken is the go to. Its filling, good portions of brown rice, mac salad and chicken. The sauce they use is amazing unlike any sauce I’ve ever encountered for teriyaki.

This Flavor Factory Food Truck makes a fresh and delicious chicken salad. The chicken is grilled with a tasty marinade. Very tasty and healthy. Luv it. Who knew lunch truck food could be this good.
