I had quite a rare problem with my 9900(bluetooth, power on/​off freeze, music/​video playback freeze) so i don’t blame Tony for not being able to fix it. But the fact that he tried to take me for a walk in the park wasnt cool at all. Wanted to charge me $ 79 for something i could have done myself. Ive had my fair share of bull in life so i know it when i smell it so i just told him i was give it to him easy, they did after all spend 4days «trying to fix» my phone. was about to pay him and he changed his mind (maybe he felt bad for wasting my time). I know he didn’t know what he was doing cuz when initially i sent my phone in and told him the symptoms, he didn’t even write any of the symptoms down! so after the thanksgiving weekend when he said it was repaired, i was doubtful. so i went in again to find out that they problem was still there (duh, obviously! he didnt even remember the problems i was having with my phone) So this time he wrote it down. and after another few more days, he told me he couldnt fix the phone (Surprise surprise!) So when he told me its gonna cost me $ 79, i didn’t wanna listen to his «fantastic journey» of going through great pains to fix my phone so i just told him ok i’m gonna give it to you easy cuz obviously if he did go to great lengths, it would have been fixed. I think he knows that i know so he decided not to accept my money even though i insisted cuz i wanted to actually pay him for his effort in weaving stories plus he was telling everyone that his wife has cancer and how he has to travel hours from long island bla bla bla… i wouldnt go around sharing my tragic stories unless it was a close friend… that just tells u alot about him already doesnt it? Anyway, if you have high level problems with your BB. Look elsewhere. Peace.

I visited Tony again not so long ago for a replacement battery. I also described to him that my 9950 (touchscreen) would jam up and when I pressed one function it would do something else. He played with it for awhile and determined there was nothing wrong. He also explained the difference between the touchpad on the Blackberry and the iphone. Research in Motion as a company may be about to implode but a lot of people have Blackberrys and as long as they do you will need fixyourberry.

I highly recommend Tony! He is The Best. I was desperate on my fixing my old BB for the Contacts since I lost My new one and it wasnt Backed up. I Made an Appt. came in, and was very honest with me that there were No Gurantees!!! But He got my BB Bold working again for the Contacts, He was Great Saved me alot of Headaches!!!

I have owned several BaclkBerries and have never had a problem. This past week however, some suncreen spray sprayed all over my 3 month old BlackBerry Bold 9930 and it got under the screen. The phone worked but the screen was very dark and the liquid created a large blot in the middle to the point where reading anything on the screen became difficult. Being longtime BlackBerry user (for personal and work purposes), I freaked out because I the phone was pretty new. I went into work the following day and searched for a place that would fix my BlackBerry for a reasonable amount and would do it professionally.
After spending about 10 minutes searching, I found
and read reviews here on Unilocal (which were very helpful). I decided that I needed to get a full screen replacement and read on their website that it was $ 149. I figured it would still be cheaper than having to buy a brand new Berry. I walked to the location, waited for Tony to come out and explained my situation.
Tony was very professional, easy to talk to and understanding. I felt like I was at a doctor’s office for BlackBerries! He did not try to upsell me on anything (which is one of the ways I judge a place) and explained that he would be able to replace it for $ 149 — the amount quoted on his site. He took down my info and said he would be back in 20 – 30 minutes. Tony noticed some of the liquid residue was on the inside of the BlackBerry and said he would clean it up too!
After waiting 20 minutes, Tony came back with my like new BlackBerry screen. The touch screen worked, screen looked brand new and I was relieved my BlackBerry was back.
I think for the service, quality of work and professionalism — it was worth the $ 149! I didn’t feel like I was in some sketchy place (which is pretty common in NYC). Highly recommend Tony and his company — especially since all they fix is BlackBerries!
If you have a Blackberry problem — definitely go see Tony! It’s been a few days and everything is working like new!

i have used fixyourberry twice to replace smashed screens. they are incredibly fast (under 10 minutes), professional, affordable, and convenient especially to those in NYC. i highly recommend Tony and this company for any Blackberry user in need of help. they can really save the day, and in my opinion a better option than handset insurance.

After not having a working screen on my Blackberry Bold 9780 for a week, I discovered

I had a liquid damaged blackberry and the communication was phenominal! I e-​mailed my tracking number to the yahoo address and Tony was en-​pointe every step of the way! Lightening fast service, amazing customer service and a real pleasure to work with!

Went in thinking my blackberry 8900 would not be saved! Thankfully, they fixed it in a timely manner and my phone looks really good. I know if I have any problems in the future I’ll be back. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has any Blackberry problems!

Amazingly fast. Everything fixed within an hour (screen and keyboard hardware replacement due to water damage). Tony seems to be a very nice guy with good business etiquette as well. I will be recommending this place to all my fellow Blackberry addicts!

So I was in a very bad place with my Blackberry being out of commission and all which also made me desperate… to craigslist I go to try to find a reasonably priced replacement for my Blackberry BOLD never thinking it could be fixed. Among the ads to purchase a phone, I found this ad for
! In my mind I’m thinking «yeah right»…it just seemed too good to be true but it was not. Totally legit. My phone had water damage and none of the keys were responding. I took my phone to fixyourberry and they had it up and running in 2 hours w/​o losing any of my data! Tony is awesome… knows his stuff… responsive and personable.
I am actually thinking about canceling my cell phone insurance to use fixyourberry for any future problems.

Tony was great! So pleased with the service. Very fast service and he fixed the problem. My keyboard would not work and he fixed it right up. We will continue to go here if we experience anymore problems.

I stopped by because my Berry was slowly dying and sticking. Turns out I only needed a new track ball. Tony explained why I needed a ball rather than just a «cleaning» in a way that I could understand, then proceeded to replace the ball in 20 minutes flat for an incredibly reasonable price. Barely enough time for me to race downstairs to Macy’s Cellar and get a snack. Great customer service and my bb’s been given a new lease on life! Highly recommended.

I had a broken LCD screen which rendered my blackberry useless and was able to get it fixed on a Sunday afternoon.
I live in midtown Manhattan and it’s nice to have a place (walking distance) where I can get my Blackberry fixed so quickly.
Tony is very friendly and helpful and, considering the price of a new LCD screen and the quality of the work done, I have no complaints!

A referral by a workplace peer months ago when in need to cull through two shoe boxes of business cards and contact info is now required for the frustration and agita of no control to access my e-​mails. AYIA! Upon speaking with a representative on the phone who knew exactly the intricacies of my CrackBerry model without seeing it in person gave me a price quote and fully answered all my questions. Extreme efficient service without the typical «take a number» wait as I sat for a mere ten minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable most of all respectful when speaking to potential clients with the added value of honestly. He explained in full detail of the problem and result should only the track ball were replaced without replacing the track select – one without the other problematic effect vs. both.
My beloved CrackBerry’s track ball and track select button look and feel like the day I bought it two years ago as I love having a full QWERTY keyboard. With a budget I’m unable to purchase a brand new CrackBerry, but Fix Your Berry gave me the illusion of the joy for a new phone.

This company was extremely helpful and fixed my phone for a very reasonable price. I work in the midtown area and was desperate to get the cracked screen on my phone fixed. Needless to say, everywhere else I went tried to sell me a new phone! I was told that the phone was unfixable, my warranty would not cover replacement… In any event, the service here was expert and I would recommend him to anyone needing to get their blackberry fixed.
