16.95 for a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a small drink. Wtf? Inflation –_– I hate poor stupid people.

I came here yesterday craving a five guys burger so bad. First they gave my order to another person so I had to wait longer. Then they have to start my order entirely but they messed it up. They did not put bacon on it how I ordered it when I told them they gave me two options: either bacon on the side or wait for a brand new burger… I took bacon on the side right away as I was starving at this point. I put bacon given on the side inside of my burger but no grilled onions! *crying emoji* I wanted to go tell the guy but I did not want to wait much longer anymore. I was craving a five guys single patty bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, GRILLED onions, and BACON! They have enough staff working there so they all should be on top of their game plus the place was not busy… see pics. I am only giving this place two stars ’cause restroom was clean and this location is closer to where I live.

It is incredible how great the customer service was. From the moment I entered this burger joint I felt welcomed. The cashier was super nice and super funny. And the burgers… oh gosh… they are officially my number one burgers… the greatest customer service I’ve ever had. I just can’t get over how amazing this experience was. DEFINITELY coming back for more!

My first time eating here the burgers are not bad the Cajun flavored fries were really good. It is no IN-N-OUT but its good. The pricing is okay but I don’t think the food is up to its highest potential!

Great Place to fill up on a bite before a playoff game that’s for sure. There’s some chick who works when I visit in the mornings too. She’s a cutie.. Customer for life. FGBF

Came here for lunch with big boss. I’ve always heard of How good their burgers we’re but it was my first time ever having it. So you order a regular burger or little burger(regular is two parties, little is one…), then you have a list of condiments that you choose from. I told them my order and they messed up on it. I didn’t make a big deal of it. It took about 5 – 10 mins to get the food. In the meanwhile I got me Strawberry lemonade(I LOVE strawberry lemonade!). You get your burger and an overfilled cup of fries. Both burger and fries were realllly good! They say that five guys is like the east coast version of in n out. I’m not the biggest fan of in n out, but it has its specific taste to it. Five guys just has a very good burger… No specific taste to it. Honestly, I wouldn’t go out of my way to get a burger from Five Guys. If there is one around, I would totally eat here, but not special enough to go out of my way. What I will say though is that if you haven’t tried it, you should try it. You may really like it!

Great food, great staff. and a very clean restaurant. Did I mention the FREE peanuts? Not only are the peanuts free, but they are fresh, and you are free to eat your weight in them. However, remember that you have a delicious burger and fries being prepared just for you. That being said«bon’ a petite»!

Small burger for what you pay, and the build as you go feature is a gimmick to get more money out of your pocket. $ 5.69 for a minuscule piece of meat is robbery. I basically had bread and cheese. The quality of the meat was mediocre at best. This place is what’s wrong with the fast food industry, they are deceiving people with their portions and consumers are so blind they pay for it anyways. Ground beef is not that expensive so put a few more ounces on there you cheapskates. Not coming back

I decided to come check this place out. The menu is a bit confusing but the cashier helped me out and explained that you have to pretty much build your own burger. The guys making the burgers brought a good atmosphere to the place by being hyper and a bit loud but unfortunately they were too loud when they started taking about a group of 3 college students checking them out. The girls heard them and just laughed it out. This taste of the burger was actually pretty good I can’t deny that but a bit too pricy 8 bucks for a burger with no fries or soda :/3.5

— Little Bacon Cheese Burger — $ 6.69, This was a very simple good burger. I liked the bun because it didn’t taste like artificial flour. The meat was thicker than your usual burger joint but it was NOT worth the price. — Small fries — $ 3.09, Medium cut fries that had the skin on. They had more flavor than your usual fries but I would have liked them cooked more so that they would be more crispy. I also got Cajun fries which had a slightly spicy flavor but they were not that much different from the regular fries. They gave me the Cajun fries for free because they gave me regular fries by mistake. FYI: Popeyes has GREAT fries! — Vanilla Milk Shake — $ 4.49, probably the 2nd or 3rd best milk shake I’ve had. In-N-Out is still #1. OVERALL Another reviewer pointed out that«you pay for everything» meaning you are paying for the«free» peanuts, the foil(instead of paper) that wraps the burger to keep it warm, the slightly more expensive cup(instead of paper) of fries, ect. This all adds to the cost. I much rather have them use cheaper packaging and pay a lot less. The biggest thing wrong with Five Guys is its price. This was all $ 15.56 and I could get the SAME thing at In-N-Out for less than $ 10. That’s about a $ 6 premium I have to pay to eat here. I have no reason to return and there are several other better options.

Great addition to the Figuerroa Corridor. Nice and spacious. Clean. I do love the quality of the burgers here versus the 5 Guys in mid wilshire near LACMA. Plus this location has nice outdoor seating.

They give you peanuts while you wait: that’s awesome. The burgers are very good. They’re not gourmet but the beef patty has a lot of flavor and moisture. They let you pick your toppings. The parking is ample and the service is great.

I ate dinner at this Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Los Angeles, CA on 11/23/2015. It was my 1st time there(although I’ve been at other ones). There were two of us and we each had a bacon cheeseburger«all the way»(that was $ 8.69 each!). Fries were $ 4.19 and regular drinks were $ 2.39 each. Prices seem high to me. My friend Bob paid, so I shouldn’t complain. I do love the free peanuts. Plus, I took photos.

You can’t really go wrong with Five Guys Burgers and Fries. The burgers are fresh and succulent. I usually get the Little Bacon Cheeseburger and a order of Little Cajun fries. It always fills me up for under $ 10. This particular location doesn’t have the best parking. Also, it took nearly 20 minutes to make. I know it’s fresh, but damn.

A little pricier than your usual fast food spot but you get a large selection of free toppings! My fave is the grilled mushrooms xP. I usually get the little cheeseburger w/«the works» & A-1 sauce on the side. The cajun fries are on the salty side but it’s worth the extra sodium in your diet. They give you a LOT of fries too! The«little» cheeseburger is more like a «regular» cheeseburger. Good size. They also have one of those upscale soda machines where you can choose any fruit flavor. Oh, and the free peanuts… I have to add that the parking sucks though. Street parking only.

I feel like my first experience doesn’t quite match my last experience here. The first time I tried a Five Guys burger was a pretty amazing moment. It was different, it was new, it was quality. Now the allure has worn off. I still enjoy the taste and quality of the burger and the fries don’t get me wrong. I think they are almost on par with In and Out. In and out has just had 70 years to practice and be consistent. Five Guys not as long. I do like that you can customize the ever living guts of your burger. And malt vinegar on the side. Yes please! Their fries trump In and Out though. By a lot. Plus they got one of those soda machines that allows you to have Vanilla Raspberry diet Pepsi ginger ale if you so desire(and everything isn’t out yet). Worth a try at least once.

I wouldn’t say they’re better than In-n-Out… BUT. The topping options are incredible. Burgers came out fast and tasted homemade. The fries were nice and crispy, had good color and a generous portion considering we ordered the smaller size. But what got me… the soda fountain. Which is silly, right? It’s an electronic machine like any other place. BUTOH, THEOPTIONS! Cherry vanilla coke? Are you kidding me?! I’d come back just for that. The dudes behind the counter were nice, but I wonder if the gendered name means they only hire *guys*. Will have to scope this out when I make it back. ;D

FIve Guys is Five Guys… at this point there’s been enough market saturation into California that you know what you’re getting. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: it’s a nice change-up to In-N-Out, nothing more. I suppose the only saving grace about this location is that it’s close to downtown, which you can’t say for In-N-Out.

Dropped by Five Guys with some friends for a quick lunch before heading back to class. Got a cheeseburger with fries. Apparently at Five Guys the Cheeseburger encompasses two patties, and the Little Cheeseburger is just one patty. And wow, they give you ALOT of fries. We split a REGULARSIZED order of fries between three people and we all felt satisfied. The burger was OK, lots of condiments so it fell apart about half way through. Overall, a bit pricey for what it is(better deal at In-N-Out, in my opnion) but portions are hefty, especially the fries. There are complimentary peanuts to munch on while you wait for your food, which is a nice touch. Not sure if there is a lot for parking, the only viable options I saw was street parking. Great place for students since it is totally walkable. Don’t eat this right before having a class, found out the hard way.
