My family and I used to be regulars here, literally every Saturday morning for breakfast until something that the server told us that turned us off. We haven’t eaten here until today again. Today, I ordered silogs for pick up and they gave me a pretty decent wait time. I got there and they told me there wasn’t any more garlic rice. What’s the point of calling in early and ordering a silog? Apparently they don’t know what that means cause they’ve had issue on their fried rice shortage before too. A little advice to them: if you know most of your sales are from breakfast rush, be prepared to cook enough rice!!! Definitely not coming back there anymore.

Best lechon, crispy pata period. My cousin brought some for our Christmas party last night and it disappeared pretty fast. I havnt been to the restaurant so I can’t speak on the ambiance or service but I can say can’t wait to go.

I placed an order a week ahead for Christmas Eve. I only ordered a few crispy pata and bbq and they told me to pick it up at 1:30. I got there on time and they told me my bbq wasn’t ready and said to come back in one hour. In my mind I’m like i placed it a week ahead and youre telling me to wait an hour? Seriously. They’re unprofessional too and didnt seem to know what theyre doing. They were all over the place. Being filipino myself made me feel bad and embarrassed. I understand it’s christmas eve and theyre probably stumped but come on, get it together. Their crispy pata is delicious but im the type to judge a restaurant on food, cleanliness and most importantly, their service. They forgot to give me the vinegar so i gotta make one myself. Im also upset i didnt get the bbq that i wanted my bfs family to try.(Hes latino) Come here on a regular day, maybe you’ll get a better service.

Usually come here for the bagnet, would like to order their siomai(dumplings) here but they tell me every single time they’re out of stock(note: don’t let that chubby lady take your order she made mistakes in my orders few many times). As I was verbalizing my complaint apparently the owner was there checking their shop and looked surprised that the stock of siomai was out and no one even bothered to order to their branch in Glendale. Note to self, just go to their Glendale branch to avoid further disappointments

Don’t go here unless you are Filipino, worst experience ever! I waited 15 minutes to order food and walked out with NOTHING! I asked for the Daingsilog but they didn’t have any, I called my wife to see what else she wanted, I got off the phone was ready to order but someone walked in and they were assisted. That’s fine since I had just gotten off the phone, she finished helping him then Proceeded to help another woman who had walked in AFTER me. I stood there patiently waiting for her to acknowledge me, maybe say sorry or something! When she was done helping the lady i stepped up to order but a guest who was eating stood up and asked for some more rice. She proceeded to help him out and just looked over at me with a slight smile, but did not offer an apology. I literally stood there for 15 minutes and was not able to even put an order in. I guess if you are not Filipino you aren’t too high on their priority list. Terrible service. And seriously, like another reviewer mentioned, how long could it possible take to scoop pre cooked food onto a plate?!(My wife is Filipino so I have nothing against them, I just noticed that all the Filipino customers were helped before me) I’d give zero stars but Unilocal wouldn’t let me

I love Crispy pata so I was so happy to hear about this place from my co worker. I got there on a Friday night and I saw a lady upfront wearing gloves and refilling the plastic utensils which I thought was good for being sanitary, but then I noticed her gloves turning black. She then asked for what i wanted to order and took my money without removing her gloves. She was back and forth from the front and back, was handling everything, wiping, touching everything without removing her gloves. From the time I got there until i left, she never removed/replaced her gloves. Please teach yourselves or your staff some sanitation basics and think of the safety of your consumers.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a longsilog which usually takes less than 10 mins to cook and it’s already been 30 minutes and when the order came the person from the kitchen are being rude and didn’t apologize.

This is my first time experience with Filipino but… A few things ruined what could have been a good experience. First when we walked in they were painting a table in the middle of the restaurant… Yes the whole wooden table was being painted inside of a restaurant during operating hours. After we got high off the paint smell we orders the food. At first it was good but the oil and grease were dripping to the bottom of our plates so we couldn’t finish out food. The pork with onions were like jerky. Maybe it was out for too long. The restaurant is like a buffet. You get rice with 2 items for $ 7.85

Filipino food is hard to come by if you’re not in the Valley or South Bay, but Bagnet will suffice for my regular silog and cravings. It’s $ 5 for a breakfast plate, or «silog», with unlimited coffee and rice. I came late at 6pm and there wasn’t any more garlic rice left, but the steamed rice got the job done. I’ll be back.

First time here. Found this here on Unilocal. So I went to check it out. I ordered bagnet(crispy pork) and pakbet to go. The girl didn’t even include forks and napkin. Thank you! Not too friendly and need to learn some customer service etiquette. The place is very small but I found a parking spot right away. The food is ok nothing special. I’ve had better bagnet. Maybe I’ll come back again. Just maybe.

First is that everything that we ordered is raw. The structure is so old, dirty and small. Idk why they have 4 stars on Unilocal om the first place. The one star will be for the server today because she’s so nice, but other than that, everything sucks! I ordered spam silog, pork blood stew and spring rolls. The fried rice is raw, spam is over cooker, spring rolls are raw and old, prom blood stew is nasty. It doesn’t have that authentic filipino taste at all. It’s like one of those parties that you attend only to realize that the food is like 2 or 3 days old. I thought it would be a good experience since it has 4 stars but don’t be fooled. It’s nasty as crap

Good food. Nice service. Best place to recommend others. #Bagnet #CrispyPata #Calamari… $ 7.00 each. And serves breakfast all day for $ 5.00 only comes with 2 eggs and unlimited rice… Good place to eat for those people who works night shift and wanted to eat breakfast food after they wake up even tho its lunch or dinner time…

Wait could be long EVEN if you call ahead to place your order. If you’re calling ahead make sure you get an approximate time AND add at least 10 minutes to that. They’re pushing the limits of «Filipino time» up in this joint! I got a few silog meals and I was very disappointed that it didn’t come with garlic fried rice. WHATTHEMALARKEY!!! That’s like ordering a cheeseburger with NO cheese, a PBJ with NO jelly, etc., etc!!! Just wrong… Maybe it was an off day because they were too busy. Also the tocilog was kinda fatty but the lechon kawali was fried to a perfect crisp. Service was very friendly, as it usually is at Filipino restaurants. As for parking, it could be tough because its in a small plaza but there’s plenty of street parking around the area. I’m willing to go back to try other dishes but next time they better have garlic fried rice with the silog meals! It’s a MUST dammit… like wearing a rubber when having sex with a prostitute in Tijuana! Sorry for the crassness… that’s what happens when I don’t get garlic fried rice with my silog meals!

The food was ok, it was pretty cheap so I can’t complain but it was nothing to rave about. They can make some improvements in the place.

Tried this place on a whim, and not only do they have fantastic business hours compared to many other Filipino restaurants, but the customer service was also very good! Food-wise, this was a takeout order of Crispy Pata and Bagnetsilog. Both were very good, and the bagnet, in particular, was very crispy and meaty without being dry. I will definitely be coming back!

I love both Glendale and Westlake locations. This location is much smaller though so dining in is a problem during lunch times. I think I’ve tried all the –silogs. Highly recommend the BAGNETsilog and tosilog. My least favs are the hamonado and chicken hotdog. They have red hotdog thats not pictured, you just gotta ask.

Good food. Good service. Best filipino u can get In town. The baker and teddy were AWESOME! It’s a bit crampy and hot but their food makes up for it. Btw: I went to their other spot at glendale yesterday too. Same quality. So S/o to the management for training their staff well. –jay

BagnetSilog is a must! Unlimited Rice! Be patient. may have a little wait but worth it I give it 4 stars only because of the wait time
