I asked a friend to pick up my package for me. they didn’t release it just because my friend has a different address than mine. they don’t accommodate you. they don’t understand that you have no time to pick up that is why you asked somebody else to pick it up for you. the only courier that has this policy. too much inconvenience.

This location is pretty intimate, so if you have a lot of work to do, I’d suggest you go to one of their bigger locations. Having said that, the place is clean, and the staff is helpful. I went in to print some paperwork off a usb drive and was in and out in five minutes with no hassle. You can use your own card right in the machine, so no waiting in line to pay when you’re done.
