I returned to this location and found it to be as efficient and clean as it was the last time. I must say that after visiting other Fatburger locations it is the nicest location around. More upscale look and clean, clean, clean. The boneless wings are fantastic and the burgers are made to order and are very tasty. The staff repeated my order to make sure they had it right. I don’t like going to a Wendy’s or McDonalds and get burgers that are sitting under a warmer for who knows how long before they make mine. The staff is polite and the whole time I was there they were working to make sure the food is tasty and delivered as ordered and the restaurant is kept clean.

When did Fatburger go away from charbroiled burgers? I’m noticing that the newer restaurants are grilled only. That’s a shame.

I love Fat Burger it’s one of my favorite burger joints. But there has been one or two times where the meat was not cooked fully. I had to ask the attendant to please have the hamburger meat cooked(well done). Over all I’m happy that this placed opened so close to home. Good customers service, friendly smiles and great wings as well.

Live a block away, finally went in on a Friday afternoon at 4pm and they«ran outta fat fries» makes no sense anyway kids meal was 7 – 8 $ and my meal was 11 $ I couldn’t believe I spent around 19 $ for a turkey burger n a kids burger smaller than a regular cheese burger at McDonald’s. Granted it’s south central and we appreciate that big corporations are slowly coming into the area after the l.a. Riots and have faith in our community but be more reasonable and aware of the typical family income in the area. Businesses are now realizing that this is retail-location heaven but this isn’t silicone valley… inflammation at its finest! With that said, lower your prices because ppl aren’t typically lining out the door at fat burger like at panda or Starbucks. Keep that in mind franchise owner;) I would go back if the prices were more reasonable and competitive with the area… and well stocked on fat fries!!!

Wow SOOVERPRICED!!! I was overcharged on my receipt after leaving the store! Disputing now with bank and Fatburger management. Don’t trust the employees here! Was charged $ 24 and change for one 10 piece, 6 piece, small fat fry, and medium drink! Got home to find my card had been charged $ 29.69! I could have eaten at at a REALRESTAURANT for these prices and had steak!!! I will NEVER eat here again!!! Fraud and Scam Artists Fatburger is!

Terrible English… wonderful Maui milkshake. Not too much banana syrup and very creamy. That’s all I usually get from Fatburger and as crazy as it sounds they usually never prepare it how I like. Job well done.

Awful service, placed an order over the phone once I arrived to pick up my order it wasn’t ready and girl at cashier(Gladys) was beyong rude. She handed my shake with the cup all dirty, saw me looking at it and asked with an attitude if it was a strawberry shake what I order I replied yes and she said«then what’s the problem«and walked away and refused to change my cup. This girl changed all her job policies on me making it hard for me to pick up order. Called asking for the girls name to report her and the manager wasn’t very helpful and seemed to blame me for her giving me attitude. Customer service is all in the floor at this location never had a problem with the other girls there before.

Well, I am vegetarian w/vegan tendencies. When my boyfriend craves burgers we go here and at the beginning, I only used to eat fries, until one day we decided to ask if the veggie patty was cooked separately. When the cashier said yes and pointed to the small grill in the side, I was convinced it was time to give in and try a burger. Well, I was very satisfied with my decision. It was delicious and I will be back to devour a veggie burger! And my boyfriend likes it here, I know b/c otherwise why would we continue to come??? Hahah

Hidden jem! Best burgers and WINGS in the area. Yes I said it, wings. This Fatburger is a combination Buffalo’s restaurant. It’s very clean and it’s new. This neighborhood really needed one. I like the wings better than Wingstop’s. They are bigger too.

Worst fatburger we have ever came to. It doesn’t even deserve a star. We ordered buffalo boneless wings, not only did they do the order all wrong once… they did it twice, half of them were lemon pepper and half were buffalo with bones, we asked for lemon pepper sauce as a dip and buffalo boneless wings, they did them over and came back with lemon pepper boneless wings and ranch dip, and the server gave it with attitude. They really don’t know how to take a simple order here.

Typical fat burger. Very clean, though. The location is very new and the furnishings are all very new as well. It’s right inside of the shopping center on the south side of Central ave, next to Panda Express(sort of). Staff are relatively polite and my order came up in a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is that I hate when a worker asks me a question about my order and then begins conversing with other workers in Spanish about matters that apparently concern me. That is extremely rude, as obviously Spanish is not my first language and therefore I cannot interpret what’s being said about me or my needs. Rude.

This place is as good as it gets. Great new burger joint for the area. Gotta have the Deep Fried Cheesecake! Friendly staff, and great owner presence. Big Scott creates a neighborhood feeling in this famous burger franchise.

I am going to start by saying what a great burger experience! I have never had Fatburger so my first time was here at the Central and Slauson location. Let’s start with the ambience. It is extremely clean and almost gives you the vibe like you are in a high end Beverly Hills type establishment. You do not feel like you are at a fast food restaurant at all. For the negative press associated with this part of Los Angeles, I felt completely safe and everyone was really nice. As for the burger, it lives up to its name: FAT. It was thick juicy and delicious. The ingredients are all very fresh. I did the XXXL challenge, and it wasn’t a chore at all. I enjoyed every bite. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I discovered what they serve for dessert: Deep-fried cheesecake. No explanation needed. It is as good as you imagine it would be. I will absolutely be back this location, and might try a couple locations closer to my home to see if they live up to Slauson and Central Fatburger-my new California burger fix.

As Unilocal and it’s star rating states, «Woohoo! As good as it gets!» When I first came to California, I was told about the In N Out chain, that it blew any other burger chain out of the water. I didn’t find them to be all that impressive, but when I was introduced to Fatburger, I was blown away. I soon became an avid Fatburger eater, filling up my punch card enroute to free burgers, and posting my picture all over the walls of every Fatburger I went to.(If you are unfamiliar with Fatburger, if you can devour the entire XXXL burger in one sitting, they give you a certificate of completion and post your picture on the wall.) But when I landed at this location, I was stunned to find it was head and shoulders above any other location that I had been to. The owner welcomes every one in with his big grin and has created a menu that includes more items than I have ever seen at any other Fatburger, up to and including three different kinds of fries, for those who like the big fat steak fries, the thin ones or the curly kinds! There is also a full menu of side dishes, like wings with a dozen different kinds of sauces, multiple milkshakes and deep fried cheesecake! Its like going to the county fair, but inside a nice air conditioned place with more drink options than anywhere. They even have health conscious alternatives, like a skinny burger made with no buns and the toppings stuffed into the patty, and optional gluten-free buns! And the burgers, well, I don’t know if it needs to be said, since I already stated that I am a Fatburger-holic, but this place leaves the other chain burger places, and even the other Fatburger joints, in the dust. I have already made multiple trips, even going well out of my way, just to visit this location, and I suggest that you do too!

Sloppy nasty hamburger I had ever ate, they can make Way better than that. Wendy and Mcdonnell McDonnell is way better than this. One medium hamburger and 10 wing cost me $ 25 I would not spend my money here again I will go somewhere else to find a better food with my $ 25. Overall too pricey for sloppy hamburger.

This particular location is a lot cleaner than other fatburger locations probably because is new. The service is kinda slow even when it’s empty. Check your order to because it may be off, I got 4 chicken tenders on the Regular size(12). The owner looks like the mountain from games of throne. Good food though.

Just opened, and I went untidy. They not only have their Fatburger Menu, but also offer Hot Wings, in Traditional or Boneless. I had a Medium Fatburger with everything. Food was good. Not crowded. Only issue is the staff(cashiers) were not very knowledgeable, but other than that, I would go again for lunch
