Was driving nearby, googled«beauty supply» onto my phone and Fasham came up as the closest. I drove over there and parked in the back. Was a little surprised to discover they’re no longer a retail establishment, just mail order. BUT! They had my curling iron right there and sold it to me on the spot — excellent price. The nice gentlemen also warned me to be careful not to hit the poles as I backed out of the parking lot. Nice demeanor, friendly and great price. Thanks!

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! Ordered from them a couple of times and both times, shipping took WAYTOOLONG! The last time I ordered, I get the usual thank you for your order. I wait 2 weeks since thats how long it took the last time. Nothing. Send an email, get a message back saying it’s on back order. OK… Fine. 1 Month goes by, nothing yet. Email back and they say the item will ship within 1 or 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by, email them again asking how much longer. If it was going to take much longer I would consider canceling my order. I get an email back saying my order has been canceled«As Per My Request»… REALLY?!

Would avoid this business they are knowingly selling expired beauty products i.e. Aussie Mega Shampoo this shampoo was manufactured by Redmond Prod. with a copyright on the bottle of 1998 now Bristol Myers Squibb bought the company Redmond in 1998 so the company has not be in exixance since 1998, These sellers are buying these«NEW» Old stock from a distributor(Not Aussie) that is knowingly selling these expired products to amazon sellers that are selling this shampoo at a high price being so old. and customer are thinking this is a re-release but in fact they are buying 16+ yr old products… For liability concerns since Aussie no long sells this item Amazon would be help liable if anyone is harmed using this shampoo… Making you aware here is the LA Times from Dec 1998 informing of the upcoming sale between Bristol Myers and Redmond…

Horrible! Wish I could give 0 stars! Placed an order December 12th, 2013 and it still has not shipped! I call once a week and they always tell me they have to call me back. They never do. When I call them back AGAIN, it’s one excuse after another.(Items not in stock, weather is back so cannot ship, items went out of stock again). Horrible company, horrible service, do not recommend!!! Who knows if/when I will receive my order. And they offer no compensation for THEIR mistake!

Poor checkout process. May have partly been my fault but misleading I believe. Thought shipping was free and now actually is about $ 10. Ok, fine… said they would bill me the shipping thru paypal… never received it. Finally called and said my items were on backorder and would take an additional 2 – 3 weeks. Not too professional.

They have items not in stock online and let you do the whole checkout process. Then you get an email thanking you for your order. The link in the email provides the status of your order. I checked mine and it was cancelled. I emailed them to ask why it was cancelled and the response from an employee simply said, «We do not have the items in stock». No greeting, no signature, no thank you or apology, no customer service. You think they would try to get some sale out if it by suggesting another item or perhaps letting me know when the item will be available, if ever. Poor, putrid customer service.
