Erin Hoover Nail Artistry

Another great experience with Erin. Even though I know she had a long day (was her last appointment) she still made me feel like a million bucks. Always good conversation and great services.

Love me some Erin Hoover! Never a dull moment getting a mani, gel mani or acrylics with her (have had all 3).
She’s really good about discussing your nails issues & what’s best for you (not for her pocket). The products she uses for acrylic are top notch (when she could be using the cheap stuff but doesn’t)…
I’ve never had a bad experience with her, she’s always on point and aims to please!
She’s organized, clean and has a great selection of nail art.

Erin is super talented and patient. Best nail art – I mean truly an artist. She can hand paint anything! When I get gel nails they look amazing and last a long time. If I go anywhere else I’m disappointed because my nails never look as great as they do when Erin does them. I look forward to each appointment with Erin!

I have been looking for a good nail tech for YEARS and in LA and or OC and have been pretty disappointed up until now. I found Erin on Unilocal and had to try her out because of all the amazing reviews about her work. I am glad I did, Erin is an artist with acrylic. She gave me exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations with her attention to detail and the superior products she uses. Best mani I have had in AGES the shape, the length, everything is just how I like it.

You care about your clients, their wants and needs, and most importantly you have a passion and love for what you do. I honestly couldn’t ask for more.
First I would just like to point out that she totally works around your schedule. I work 2 jobs and trying to get my nails done during regular business hours just doesn’t really happen for me. So, I decided to call and see if she could work past her business hours and she said yes. Erin really gives you the individual attention that you deserve. There’s no ridiculous line or wait. It’s just you and Erin.
Here is a list of positives if you are still hesitant on trying her out:
She speaks English (if that is your concern)
She doesn’t use a file machine, so your nails are never over filed or hurting
She is clean and uses a new file for each client
She doesn’t make you bleed at your cuticles
She does not use a nail tips, my acrylics are an extension of my nails, so they feel natural
She doesn’t charge for gel top coat when getting an acrylic set
She makes your cuticles look great (hands and feet)
She uses a disposable plastic bowl for your pedi’s (so no fear for fungus from others)
She doesn’t make your nails thick (my nails are even and not all lopsided)
She gives great recommendations
She is funny, smart, passionate, creative, caring, loving, and has the best personality.
Also, If you’re one of those people that care about cost… I’m just gonna say this…“You get what you paid for!” I do not regret spending a little extra to have fabulous nails!!!
If this doesn’t make you go to her… then you’re a lost cause.
Since I’m traveling in a few days, I couldn’t get sexy nails, but I just can’t wait for the next time I go to get some really sassy nails!!!
Side Note: They have Stripless right next door. I had the pleasure of meeting Alexandra and getting an upper lip wax last minute at around 8pm. It took less than 5 minutes, I did not turn red, and there were no irritations or bumps on my face right after. I woke up and I was perfect the next day! I am so glad to have found both of these ladies!

Simply put, Erin is the best!
Erin first did my nails when she worked at a different location but I gladly followed her when she moved to her current salon. Scheduling an appointment with Erin is always easy — she has made several special appointments to accommodate my work schedule.
She has a large selection of colors (regular polish, gel and rockstar glitter) to choose from and is willing to try anything that I want. Sometimes I come in with an exact picture for her to replicate (which she always does so well) and sometimes I come in with no idea at all! She offers her opinion and helps mix and match colors for the best outcome! I have yet to leave with a manicure I was unhappy with.
Erin uses top of the line products, individual nail files and buffers, and keeps her station and tools very clean. She really cares about your nails, how they look and feel, and most importantly how you feel about them!
The best part about Erin, though, is how great of a person she truly is. She is a fun and she is funny, she remembers things about what we have talked about during past appointments and asks about my life. I feel so comfortable talking to her and really look forward to my time with Erin, not only for my amazing nails but for the great hour I know I will have!
I would recommend Erin to friends, family, and random strangers on the street!

So this was My first time at Erin’s and I fell in LOVE!!! Not only does she have such a great Personality but she really cares about You and your nails! She’s friendly, knows the Latest trends and Styles and is also VERY Clean and sanitary. She doesn’t use harsh Chemicals or drillers either! The whole time I was getting my nails done I felt comfortable and we talked throughout the quick Fill! :) if u haven’t gone to Her yet please Check Her out! She really knows what she’s doing and not only that she UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH and the Designs U want!!! YES!!! Remember trying to Draw out the design u want and explaining it to the Nail lady for An hour only to get Lop sided Hearts or Eyes??? Hahahah NO MORE!!!

Erin Hoover is wonderful She’s talented, smart, funny and truly cares about caring for your nails.
I’m a pretty basic nail girl. I like my nails short, normally a nude gel color. I wish I could pull off some of her spectacular looking artwork! She is a very talented nail designer, but I can attest she cares just as much about doing my boring nails, as she does about creating works of art.
She’s gone shopping for colors just for me. She uses high-​quality lotion and other products. She’s super clean. She really goes the extra mile.
I would recommend her to anyone looking for a change in nail care. She is proof that you don’t have to go to a nail chop shop where they just want to rush you out the door as soon as possible, you can get more personal attention in Los Angeles!

What a great find! I was referred to Erin by a client of mine who always came in with creative standout nails.
Being a glitter girl, and trusting my client, I met Erin almost a year ago.
Not only is she adorable, wise, funny and talented, you will always find her sparkly with glitter dust on her face. Truly precious.
As far as nails go, her gels last 2 weeks plus. She has a wide assortment of colors, lots of glitter and can create a masterpiece.
Not only that. She actually cares about the condition of the nails and is gentle enough not to create issues with your tissues!

I don’t want to oversell this but if you want to get really great beautiful and healthy nails, there is no other choice but to see Erin Hoover in Culver City. She’s a true artist. She is incredibly gifted and talented and if you’re looking to stay home, hang out with your girlfriends or have a romantic evening she definitely can cover you on all of those bases. She has a great personality she is enjoyable to sit with she has lots of colors to choose from. For me, having a lot of colors to choose from, is a huge deal and so far she’s had the best collection of colors I’ve seen. Tons of gel and tons of regular polish lots and lots of bling. When you go there you feel like a superstar when you leave, I highly recommend it.
