This is what Hrach said to me after my first haircut and he was right. Best cut I’ve had living in LA as far as look, speed, and comfort. Clean, sunny facility of a nice family man. Reasonable price for a quality male haircut.
I have thinning hair and he took that into consideration and showed me a cool combing technique to keep it looking fuller. Really nice guy.

Regardless of what work I need done on my hair, Elegant Touch delivers. I don’t trust just anyone to cut or color my hair but there aren’t enough words to describe Hrach’s magical hands. I’m very picky when it comes to my hair but I always get exactly what I ask for. What I really appreciate is that he gives his honest opinion and truthfully tells me if he doesn’t think something is going to match me and gives me many different alternatives. With that being said, I can’t thank him enough for consistently giving me great results.

I love this place! Best hair salon in the valley. Ive been coming here once a week on every friday for 6 years now. Hrach is very good at what he does. There hasnt been a time where i wasnt happy with my hair cut! Sometimes i get off work late and he will still take me in last minute. I recommend his hair salon to anyone. He does men, women, and kids hair! I think hes the best.

I LOVED Hrach! I am a picky girl with my hair and brought in 2 pictures and a self drawing to show him. He said sure no problem! (I was scared as people have told me this before and ruined my hair!) He took total control through and listened to all the details I wanted! I had about 2 inches of dead hair and was sad to trim it but by the time he blew my hair dry, it looked the same length! He fixed my cover for my forehead! I love my haircut! First time I can ever say that!
The price was amazing~! I got a wash, cut (layers and I have long hair) and a little blow dry… $ 25!!! How amazing was that! I got a cut I LOVE and can’t wait to see how it grows out at an amazing price. Definitely going to come back for my shaping!

Best Spot to get a hair cut! Always on point you’ll always leave looking at your best! I’ve been going here since 6 years! I’m very picky who cuts or touches my hair and I would not go no where eles but here! Like I said before best hair cut in NOHO/​VALLEY
