I visited this restaurant they closed before the office hrs of operation. They closed 40 min before. They denied to serve a lot of people.

Nestor the assistant manager was unable to help me. I ask if I can change one side from rice into mash potatoe he said no. That promotion come as is. I usually go to any different pollo loco and I have never had this inconvenience sad to say that I had to drive to a different pollo loco because the manager was unable to assist. Ps. Bad service horrible waiting line. And only one cashier.

So i just called the manager 20 minutes ago saying i would be here in 10 minutes, here i am, and I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes for her to come to the front. While the cashier is on his cell phone texting right in front of me. Coupons, dirty cups and trash all over the counter! Pieces of chicken and trash on the floor in the back where they are preparing the food. This is ridiculous and Im calling corporate tomorrow !

I’ve been in line for 5 minutes already, and no cars have moved. Ahhhh this location always takes their sweet time. There is nothing fast about this food… I’d suggest finding a different food spot if there are more than 2 cars in the line when you arrive. Blah. No chicken for meeee!

Flies were all over the restaurant and it made it very difficult to enjoy my meal because I constantly had to chase flies away. It was a shoo fly, don’t bother me status up in there. Yuak!

Worst pollo loco drive thru… its not even the dinner rush and the drive thru is taking over 20 mins. I got to the speaker to order my food and was still told to hold on. It’s now over 5 min and still nothing. I just want to order my food and get home.

This el pollo loco is really close to my house so I didn’t travel very far. The service was exceptional tonight and I appreciate my server getting everything correct. Ubaldo was very nice and even suggested an item that I accepted. He made sure I had everything and gave me a compliment.

As soon as i walked in the security guard gave me a mean look whilist i made my order, i ofcourse mad dogged him back and he walked away. Shortly after an african american individual starts yelling at the cashier. I move on with my business only to realize that there was a fly infestation at nearly every single table. I couldn’t even fully enjoy my meal without having to constantly swat away at flies every 2 seconds. SHUTTHISPLACEDOWN!

I usually see the bright side of things, try to be understand as to why a restaurant visit could have gone wrong, but today was too much. Not only did the drive through line take about 20 with only two cars ahead of me, but my meal was incorrect as well. I ordered a pollo bowl– asked for no Pico, got Pico. They also somehow forgot to give me rice which comes in the bowl. It’s frustrating since I’m coming during my lunch break and can’t go back for my correct order since I wasted half my lunch in line anyway. This location seems to be hit or miss. Come at your own risk.

The dirtiest pollo loco I ever been to! The whole seating area and condiment bar where dirty! I asked the manager if he can please hand me a rag to wipe down my table and he did, shows how lazy he is! Needless to say IMNEVERAGAINCOMINGTOTHISLOCATION!

I came in on 08⁄16 an the drive thru wasn’t moving so I decided to park an walk in. It turn out to be worst. I waited 35 minutes for a 12 pc mixed. I also order a burrito that was made first. So when I finally got my chicken the burrito was cold Bc it was just chilling in the counter … Low staff probably 6 to 5 people working. Also the salsa station was a complete mess no one came out to clean it.

I usually don’t expect much from fast food places, but my visit here is always disappointing even for the low standards I’ve set for FF joints. The employees are rude, always in a rush to get your order even when the line is only a couple customers long. You can’t finish placing your order before the employee is interrupting you asking if you want anything else. It’s the same thing with the person handing you the order, it’s almost as if you’re bothering them by being there. They’re salsa bar is always empty and again, it’s like you’re bothering the employees if you even ask them to refill it or even give you a salsa cup from the back. The wait time is also dreadful. I’ve given this location a lot of opportunities to redeem themselves but sadly this will probably be my last visit here.

First thing as i pull in t dt BUM -«can i have money?» Ordered my food 2 drumsticks and 1 avocado quesadilla and regular drink coke NOICE! «Pull forward» i get charged hands me my change. Hands me my drink with ice! I ask her nicely to change it and she does. My 2 drumsticks were burnt. Long story short they need a security guard kicking out them people that use drugs because it makes me think the owners of pollo loco and its franchise must hang around people who use drugs as well. It’s a probability why they allow and tolerate those types of humans. Hoping my food wasn’t made by a crack head to.

Homeless standing around especially coming inside waiting and expecting you to give them money. Food takes forever to get to you so it’s very frustrating! The counters where the salsas are located are filthy, the floors are sticky. Just horrible experience overall

Is the food good? Yes, but it’s not worth the 20 minute wait you’ll have both in the drive-thru and inside. Every single time I’ve been here it’s been a ridiculous wait time. Last time I went, all that was open was the drive-thru. It took 40 min to get food. Will not return here again.

Service was horrible on the drive thru. I was not able to place my order without her saying, «ma’am please hold on 4 or 5 times.» Then I would have to repeat what I had already ordered. I was really annoyed. The worst part was that they didn’t have any chicken. I had to wait 15 minutes for chicken :/

They got the best Chicken Wings Meal right here. Everything else is still good quality food but I gotta go for them wings
