I just called and asked if they deliver twice and as soon as I asked the question they hung up on me twice! What’s up with that Pollo Loco? Geez

When i walked in the lines were short. My order was taken 2 minutes after i set foot in thr door. The young lady that took my order was fast and curtious. She had a smile and seemed happy to help me. I got a three piece and an extra drum stick. I also ordeted a drum stick. The food was delicious and satisfying. To top it off is healthy. No giilt. The entire experience was good. Left there feeling good. As i was leaving inoticed they had an A rating. Great place to dine.

Im not actually into El Pollo loco actually my favorite chicken fast food is Pollo campero but when i come to Pollo loco the store manager is really awesome. She cares a lot with the customers even she hasnt seen you for a while. Great PR, respectful and great service plus thoughtful!

Came here for a burrito, got it quickly and decided to eat here. The bathrooms are clean too, it wasnt gross like sone other places A good place to eat, i would come back again.

We decided to dine in & have some local food.
Turns out they ran out of chicken!!!
Pollo loco with out chicken??? Wow!
Girl at front counter couldn’t sell us anything. Only a salad? … She had out the cash register counting money in the counter. No Chicken at all.
Poor service !!!

Worse pollo loco ever!!! 1 container of dressing for my Cobb that tasted like it was 3 days old and cold tortilla soup. What a waste of $ 10.

I dined in here once and I had take out once and had drive thru twice. All orders were goodand worth my lunch money.
I had the combo number two, leg and thigh, with 2 sides. Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Lemonade for my drink. The extra cilantro always hits the spot and gets me to food coma mode.
I could have El Pollo Loco chicken everyday. Great work guys at this location.

Poor customer service. The guy at the drive thru was rude and a snob. The location looks scary and dirty too. I prefer to drive an extra 2 – 4 miles to the next Pollo Loco than to come here.

It’s EPL. You can’t ever go wrong with EPL. Yay for central kitchens!
It’s also close to my work and easy drive through… so…yay!

This place used to be good. Now the drive thru is so long — approx 15min long. When you order they acr like they can’t hear you and today makes the 3rd time I’ve gotten the incorrect meal. What is the problem!!! This is ridiculous…

This place gets so crowded! Its the only spot around this area that has some good chicken. I try and come here around 1:30 to avoid the long lines. Also the salsa bar is always stocked up and the drink fountain has horchata! I hate it when some EPL’s don’t have horchata, I mean come on this place is called «EL POLLO LOCO» right???
