Me and my friends just left this location, and I must say I a was plesently surprised! The customer service was excellent! As a matter of fact, i would rate this place a 10 – 10 in customer service if i could! Smiling faces, made sure we had everything we needed from plates, to a bag for the sauces! It blew us away! The little things go a long way ppl! Great work guys!

It is an hour before closing and I came here with my wife to buy 10 Crunchy Chicken tacos just to be highly disappointed in the quality of service. They had us to wait for 10mins from the drive-thru just to find out that our food handed to us is cold!!! I told my wife I’m going to ask them to make some fresh and the rep from the window said just a moment. Then came back to the counter and said WEDON’T HAVEANYMORECRUNCHYTACOSBECAUSETHESHELLSAREMADEINTHEMORNING. I can’t believe this load of cap she’s telling me. She doesn’t have on her BADGE so I can’t get her exact name but she’s working the drive thru window as well. All that to say I asked her for a refund because she’s insulting my intelligence with that.

Ordered a BRC(Bean, Rice and Cheese) burrito and I got a rice burrito. About 1⁄8 of the burrito actually had beans and cheese. I know they say check your order before you leave but I didn’t know that meant to actually open up your food and make sure it’s made correctly. Last time I checked beans weren’t that expensive so wondering why they used so little. Oh well, lesson learned. Guess I won’t be coming back to this El Pollo Loco.

The quality of pollo loco has sure gone down… on a very steep slope! What’s the point of having these new menu items when the food they serve looks nothing like what it does on TV or the menu! Dry rubbery chicken BONEINWTF? a less than half salad with none of the items u ask for dressing they give u salsa. I hadn’t had a problem with this location but now your on the black list! Start improving crazy chicken otherwise you’re no better than the elote man with dirty hands and mayo that’s been in the heat for days!

Went to get a kale salad because it looked really delicious on the photo they is a completely joke almost $ 8. I returned the salad because it didn’t have any chicken the cashier wasn’t nice at all. One of the cook say«why did she buy this salad if she doesn’t like it» customer service at this place is poor!!!

This El Pollo Loco shares the same real estate as 99 cents Only store. I stopped here to grab a chicken and kale salad, which came under $ 7. This isn’t the best area. The chicken was dry and tasted as though it’s been sitting. I wanted to return it, but powered through the short period I had for lunch.

Service sucks. Not only did they get our order wrong but their are missing plates. I ordered 17 meals and more than 7 were wrong and a few missing. The manager was rude and looked annoyed. To top it off she took away our discount claiming she never gives them which is a lie because no company will buy 17+ meals every week without getting some kind of incentive. NEVERGOINGAGAIN not worth the hassle! !!

I’ve never eaten inside just been through the drive-thru to grab lunch. They now have a person outside to take your order during the lunch rush in an effort to expedite the line as the parking lot here is crazy-town. They also newly remodeled and it looks really nice from the outside at least. I tried the new Mexican Cobb salad and it was actually very tasty. Especially for $ 7! Good amount of chicken and I love their creamy cilantro dressing. I’ll be getting this again for sure. The staff were all friendly but people do tend to walk up to the car asking for money.

Walked in here Sunday at 5pm, place looked like there was a circus in there right before I got there, rice, beans, fries, lettuce all over the floor! It was disgusting! I had to ask for someone to please clean my table and sweep the floor. The staff was nice, she just smiled and understood. I wasn’t mean about it just joked about the«big» party that they’ve had a few minutes before.

Newly remodeled. Really nice! Why doesn’t this location come up on my phone? I searched and double searched, but it doesn’t come up… so I can’t check in??? I was just there and got my FREE torta! With $ 10 purchase. It was REALLY good! I loved the soft bread and it was huge. The chicken is chopped up, not one piece and the lettuce is chopped up too, so it kind of falls out, no big deal, it’s fresh and the soft bread is like toasty on the outside. It has refried beans, just enough, avocado, a lot! Pico and garlic aioli. I got it w/o the pico and aioli, I wanted my Gman to taste it too, he doesn’t like onions mayo-y sauces. I loaded up on «house» salsa(no onions) and it was still hot when I got home! Anyway, this is an efficient El Pollo Loco, I stop in when I’m at the .99c store. The people are friendly, the remodel is nice, it’s clean and quick. I’m in and out and they always get it right. I skip the drive thru and go inside, so I can get the green avocado sauce from the«salsa bar»! YUMMM!!! And extra wet naps! Love it!

This is a biased review. I repeat a biased review. It has nothing to even do with El Pollo Locos food, service or anything you could think of. So read the story to find out more. So the god damn 3G Network was sucking ass today when I had to take a mean piss while being stuck on the 10 East during rush hour traffic suddenly I said to myself I cant take this anymore I need to get the hell off the freeway and find a place to piss. I was desperate, I was sweating, I was was losing patience, and had to go really bad. El Pollo Loco saved the day. I was not familiar with the area, the 3g sucking ass and me concentrating on driving while looking at the map directions and trying to hold in my piss the best that I could made things extremely hard. That was until I found a El Pollo Loco. Holy hell there is a god. I pull in and park and sprinted out of my car praying that no one would be in the restroom only to find that I had to put in a quarter just to use the damn restroom!!! I sprinted back to my car, luckily I had millions of coins in the coin holder. I ran back and released all my bodily fluids as my eyes rolled back in relief. El Pollo Loco literally saved me from pissing in my pants. It also saved me from having to piss in public. The end.

I am the victim of debit card FRAUD after using the drive thru service at this location. I couldn’t figure out why the girl(86JOSEFA V) walked away with my debit card and took so long to get my food, hours later there was FRAUDULENT activity on my debit card!
