I work a block away so I’ve been to this truck a lot over the past year. In the past, my allegiance always lied with El Chato or Tacos Leos but I’ve been happily surprised that this truck can compete with either of its more well-known competitors. Pastor, fresh off the spit, very on point! If I’m not getting a bunch of tacos, then I’m getting a burrito which always hits the spot. You pay an extra dollar or so because of the Sunset location but you can’t beat it in terms of its convenience and consistency.

This truck is fire! I went here tonight and everything was fresh, fast and cheap. I’m not one to go to taco trucks but I’ll be coming back to this one. The burrito I had was better then most place I’ve gone to in the area.

You cant go wrong with tortillas hechas a mano and al pastor meat on the trompo with some pineapple. asada is desent so is the chick. They have the 420 menu thats very creative but ill stick to regular tacos and donkitos.

Ordered a al pastor torta and two carne asada tacos. Got my order. Went home. Open up the torta and juice is running out of it and it’s super soggy and instead of al pastor, it was chicken. I thought Hispanics would be the ones to make authentic carne asada but in my tacos were just ground cheap beef. That’s why no one really goes here. Should’ve gone to cactus instead.

This taco truck is awesome! Al pastor tacos are cooked right in front of your eyes… very fresh and tasty… I had 5 tacos with a Coke for less than $ 10…that’s pretty darn good… and the best part of it, the food was authentic Mexican… loved it!

i mean, it’s everything i want in a taco truck. i usually only like grilled chicken, and the chicken here is shredded, but somehow it’s still super flavorful and moist. the carne asada is good(but chicken is better). i agree that the mulitas are really great if you want something a little heavier than a taco. they also have a full salsa bar and they’re super fast with getting orders out. they are usually parked in the carwash on the south side of sunset from like 6pm onwards.

My go-to taco truck after work in Hollywood. I also sometimes go to the El Flamin’ Taco truck off Vermont and Wilshire which is closer to where I live. Quality Ingredients, and good salsa bar, limes and all. They don’t use the nasty re-fried beans in the burrito that many taco trucks do. 90% of the time I get the Veggie Burrito, and it is consistently delicious. Nice hard working people, quick service 5⁄5

Hand made fresh to order tortillas! This taco truck is hands down one if the best for chicken tacos. TRYTHECHICKENMULITAS! They are a cross between quesadilla and pupusas. I swear those are addicting. I’m Mexican and so trust me when I say the mulitas are to live for. ENJOY.

$ 1.50 Tacos Meat & Tortilla They have a huge salsa bar so you can build your own mess. I’ve eaten here to many times to count. The meats are great. I go really late so the pineapple with the al pastor is gone by then… Meh A couple times the salsa bar was empty so they gave me a bunch of grilled onions and peppers. The truck is parked across from The Hollywood Palladium Tables and chairs to sit and stuff your face. Very cool staff. Update: They have an Al Pastor Spit now. The Burrito is damn good. I asked for some pineapple and avocado in it with Al Pastor. Amazing!

Truly was one of the best carne asada burritos I’ve ever had from a taco truck($ 6)! I went to the one parked on Sunset Bl across from that Palladium. Great customer service, well lit, clean tables(Actually saw one of the employees regularly spray off and clean the tables), cool looking truck, and a self serve salsa bar!!! Can’t wait to come here next time I have a late night burrito craving!

I think this truck parks in the lot on Las Palmas just north of Hollywood Blvd.(behind Rusty Mullet and that other horrible new place Toros Locos) — I usually see it there Thurs/Fri/Sat nights, and they stay open late… Normally I’m a meat-eating guy, but my go-to with this truck is their veggie burrito. Especially since it’s usually after a night of drinking and I don’t need two pounds of spicy meat sitting in my gut right before I go to bed, capice? Nice peeps — cash only — they keep things really clean, too, which is nice. Try it out some night after hittin’ the bars. Tell ‘em Vinnie B. sent ya ;)

Just noticed the El Flamin’ Taco truck two blocks away from our new place. We used to drive all the way to Koreatown whenever we crave burritos, sopes, huaraches or quesadilla. It’s now walking distance… SCORE! They’re parked at the Express car wash right across The Palladium. Service is just as friendly. Cash only. Will update with their hours later :)
