Edible Arrangements

If I could give 0 stars that would be my review. the employee at the front desk was the rudest person I ever met.
So my reason for stopping by was because David’s bridal partnered with edible arrangements and I just bought my wedding dress. When you make a purchase you get a goodie bag of all kinds of vendors with discounts and promotions. In that bag was a card for a free box of chocolate covered strawberries. I figured I should go and pick up the free box before it expires.
So I walk into the store, there was no greeting from this girl… didn’t ask her name… just raised eyebrows like what do u want.
I tell the girl about my free box coupon and she basically told me they don’t do those free coupons. Even though the card says edible arrangements and thank you for your recent purchase at David’s bridal.
I had to explain the story like 3 times and she still wasn’t listening. I told her should I call customer service since she wasn’t willing to help me? She then got her cell phone and said I’ll just call and went to the back. Minutes later she came out and said it’ll take 5−10min. But had such an ugly tone. I told her obviously it’s an issue and I’ll go to another store. She said no I just didn’t know we offer this. I’ve never received this before. But no apology, nothing. Just stared at me and asked if I’m gonna wait or what. Obviously I’m gonna wait. Stupid.
The worst service ever. Totally put a damper on my day. I was so excited to use my free coupon.
Seriously if you are going to order from them go to a different store. I’ll never come here ever again!!!

WORST EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH/​YEAR goes to the young rude girl running the front. I so regret not getting her name.
As my coworker and I went in to purchase an arrangement she comes out from the back and greeted us. Everything seemed normal until we began asking regarding arrangments, prices and how to get $ 5 off since it was advertized. This young lady rolled her eyes, was rude and has certainly no customer service skills! Honestly, employer please check your employee because apparantly I am not the first one that has to deal with someone so rude running this Edible arrangement place! I surely won’t be returning. I rather drive farther out than have such bad service like if I was getting items for free! Not cool…

Worst customer service ever… When I called to find out information the lady was really rude with me. Turns out she said she’s the owner?! Christina is her name. When I was trying to find info for myself she then snapped and said what is it that you want? She didn’t like when i talked to her the same way. Long story short she hung up on me and told me to figure it out myself. Very disappointed

By far THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. They tried to deliver my arrangements and was unable to because i was not home. When I called back the next day, they said for me to come pick up my gift because they charge a one time delivery and it is only honored for that one time. What kind of business fails to redeliver when a large amount of their orders are based on deliveries. The women over the phone were rude as well. If you don’t like your job then get a new one.

Extremely rude. I got a box with dead looking strawberries, they claimed it was the freezer that burned the leaves, but edible arrangements is all about presentation so this was a no go for me, I tried explaining that I was unhappy with my dead looking strawberries she kept arguing back, she actually turned away and went back inside! she tried contacting me and saying she didn’t walk away blah blah blah… what was said and done was pretty clear. I’d rather drive to the Alhambra location than ever go here again.

This place really sucks! So… I was super excited when my Mom saw a commercial and said «I’ve never had one of those». So that’s when my sisters’ and I decided to order that as a Valentine’s Day gift. My mother called me when she was out of work on V-​Day and I asked if she received anything at work. When she said no, I immediately called the customer service number. I told them the delivery was never made and a claim was filed. They apologized and asked what we wanted to do. So we decided to give it another shot. Well, we asked them to deliver the next day and they said they would first thing in the morning. Well being the horrible business they are, they failed once again! Next time I’ll buy heart-​shaped cutters and make my own arrangement and deliver it myself. It would be a guaranteed delivery. Oh not mention it would also be cheaper in price! I would never order from Edible Arrangements again!

My awesome friends surprised me with the large Hello Kitty arrangement after a recent surgery. I had heard of edible arrangements before but never would have thought they would actually be as cool as they are. First it looked even better and way bigger then any of the pictures on their site. Everything was so fresh and the fruit lasted a long time. My friends got some of the extra add ons like chocolate covered fruit and balloons which are still full after almost 2 weeks. The pineapples even had Hello Kittys face carved into it I attached a picture of one.
I want to thank this location for doing such a great job and when I need to buy a gift for someone I will be coming there :)
Also it was delivered right around the time my friends had asked!

Horrible service. The owner was rude and tried to refuse a refund even when I didn’t receive any arrangement. Poor costumer service. Worst experience ever. Go to another location. I actually left crying.

Sooo, the website says they can’t guarantee delivery time, but I added a request to deliver between 10 and 11 am. They delivered at 10:30.

They have over 100 arrangements to choose from and are priced from $ 30 /​$ 35 to over $ 100 depending on arrangement and size, YES size I believe each arrangement comes in small, med & large


Unfortunately I did not get to see it after it was unwrapped because my Wife delivered it to her friend and the pictures she took SUCKED! :(
Though I was told they LOVED it, thought it was so cool and fruit was fresh and delicious, although I thought it was a little pricey hence 4-​Stars…
