Eagle Tools

I was looking for a 14 inch band saw and I was refer to Eagle Tools by an employee from another store in Pasadena on Rosemead Blvd (locals can surely figure out what I am talking about) because that particular store didn’t have it in stock. Once I got to Eagle Tools I was blown away by their selection and knowledge, Jesse and Gabriel are willing to go the extra mile to help and answer questions, it feels more like a consultation than a sales which I definitely like. In my opinion pictures are always better than words, so take a look and trust me, you will not be disappointed!

The guys at Eagle Tools are the best in the tool business. Jesse and Raul are extremely knowledgable about their products, and spend whatever time is necessary to make sure you’re getting the right tool for your needs. Their showroom is quite substantial and you’re always free to spend as much time as you like examining the tools. They’ll even demo them for you. I’m purely a woodworking hobbyist (lawyer by trade), but require quality. Eagle sells the best quality tools in the business. Over the past 10 years, I’ve bought nearly my entire workshop from them, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Prices are very competitive and fair, and you’ll never beat the customer service. I recently purchased a band saw from Eagle Tools, after a lot of on-​line research. What steered me towards Eagle Tools was other people’s experience with Jesse at Eagle Tools. My experience closely matched what I had read on-​line. Jesse is extremely knowledgeable, committed, and pleasant to work with. Once I explained my needs to him, he didn’t try to oversell me equipment that I didn’t really need. Jesse took his time and explained the advantages (and disadvantages) of the equipment I was looking at. He ran test cuts for me on the exact machine I was looking at. Even before delivery, Jesse went over my band saw with a fine toothed comb, adjusting anything that he felt wasn’t just right. After the sale was complete, Jesse stayed in touch with me in case I needed any product support (which I did). I am very happy with my experience at Eagle Tools, and will definitely buy from them again.
