The only reson I am giving this place 2 stars is because the cakes are delicious and taste just as goos as the ones from Dunia’s in Guatemala. THe only difference is that the service here sucks!
In 3 occasions I have ordered cakes from them and when I go to pick them up they all look surprised that i’m there and rush to the back to prepare a cake thar shouls have been available for pickup. Just last weekend my mother ordered a cake and when she arrived they told her that they didn’t have time to make her cake!!! They didn’t even say sorry. It makes me sad to say I will never go there again. It’s just not worth the trouble.
