This place is ok if you are looking for quick balloons. They deliver at the wrong time every time and it’s really annoying. I asked for a noon delivery and they came at 7:30am which means that was about 4.5 hours of balloon air that went to waste since they only last a few hours. They could use more help and it would be nice if they listened.

Excellent service and product.
We were having a memorial gathering for my husband, and I wanted balloons to release in his memory. With everything going on, I only called Dr. Balloon Delivery the day before the gathering, but they readily took my order.
They had the exact colors I wanted and promised to deliver 50 balloons the next day by 1:00 pm. Dr. Balloon Delivery actually delivered the balloons 45 minutes early, and they were exactly what I wanted.
It was a big help to be dealing with professionals who carry through on their promises.

horrible experience on the phone… number has changed apparently. prices had also gone up from what was on the website. tried to get an assortment of colors, but said max was 5 for an order of 50 balloons… I wanted 7 different colors, apparently can’t make that happen. didn’t actually order because i was fed up with convo on phone.

Had another balloon vendor bail on me the day before my son’s party, so I called Dr. Balloon after a Google search (Just 15 hours before I needed the delivery), and asked if they had the specific theme (Toy Story) I needed. They were very pleasant on the phone, had what I needed, and pulled the fat out of the fire for me with very little notice. They delivered on time, and the balloons looked great. Will absolutely use them again next time.
