Downtown Los Angeles – Financial District

This is Los Angeles version of Wall Street.
All of the financial firms and organizations are located here including all the big banks, annuity companies, hedge funds, and the Big Four Accounting Firms.
Also nestled on the outskirts is the popular «Figat7th,» and numerous prestigious restaurants and cheap eateries.
Pimp daddy restaurants like Fogo de Ciao, Mortons, etc. are located nearby.
Less pimp daddy joints like CPK.
and balling on a budget places like… i do not even know the names but subway works~!
There is a convenient, but super duper hectic starbucks on the SW corner of the Financial District (Wilshire + Fig) adjacent to Mortons and whole lotta other stuff…
I am working on the best place for monthly and daily parking.
Obviously after 4 or 5 pm, the lot on SE block of Fig and 7^th charges $ 5.00
The lots behind them charges $ 6.00 after 4p.
Monthly parking ranges from $ 185 to $ 600.
This place is fascinating to take pictures of and you can see whole lotta people walking around.
