I’ve been a customer for Matt for about 3 years. He’s been able to fix all my arcades in one visit, especially those over 30 years old with monitor issues. Just about every electronic place I’ve called does not fix or even touch crt monitors these days. Not only does he know his stuff, but I’ve learned quite a bit by watching him work, which makes it very useful to me as a collector the 80’s classics. He also explains to me what he does and why he’s doing it while he’s repairing. It’s kind of like getting service plus a class out of it. Thanks for fixing my frogger today…

These guy’s are cool! They set my machine right in place down some tricky stairs. The workers really think out all the options for the best placement. They really understand how things work! Simple soldering connection for a loose wire. I didn’t know? I just wanted it moved. Cleaned up my machine and waxed the field. The follow up call was a big plus. Thanks!

Horrible experience! Matt’s lack of professionalism and communication skills are appalling! It took him 6 weeks to find the part for my pinball machine, when he promised to get it in 2. He never provided me with a courtesy call to inform me about the delay, and I actually had to call him to find out the status a month later! Matt showed up to my house late the first time, and the second visit, he never bothered to communicate with me about being incredibly late for the second time. The kid really needs to take Business communication and human relations courses if he really wants to thrive in his business, because the kind of expertise that he supposedly has is rare nowadays. Cannot trust him; go elsewhere!
