Perfect donut fix. My favorite kind are glazed twists and they do them right here. Excellent dough, perfect glaze, so yummy!

These donuts are so good! They are soft made fresh daily, have great taste, and there is still variety. If you want actually donuts come to this place. The other place on 3rd and New Hampshire is nothing compared to this. These donuts are flavorful and are not for Instagram they are for your tummy. The lady is very nice and welcoming. Just keep in mind that it is only cash.

my best friend & I have been coming here for years for the Thai tea which is only about $ 1.80 for a medium size. It never fails to crave our Thai tea craving & the workers even recognize us everytime we go! the Asian man and woman are so sweet & friendly, and we always get excited to see them when we go :) p. s. the Thai tea is usually a bit too sweet so go ahead & ask for extra milk when you order it!

Got a Blueberry Cream donut and a cinnamon roll with crumbs both huge for $ 3.5. My husband had the cinnamon roll and it was bigger than his face. He had it Sunday and was craving it again today.

BUYYOURDONUTSHERE. If you want fried dough covered in fruity pebbles, go to California Donuts. But if you’re a genuine Koreatown resident who values quality over quantity, get here and buy hella delicious fresh baked donuts from the kindest lady imaginable. She doesn’t take cash tho so brings your cash tips from the night before(no judgement) and be prepared to NOSH.

Sweet, sweet lady hooked me up with some extra donut holes… and then some! Rather hard to find a donut shop in LA. Had to go on a scavenger hunt and found this gem through Unilocal.Moist donuts is what I was looking for after a grueling day of work and that is what I got! Will be returning. Yay!

Been to Donut King plenty of times. Thought the donuts are not original they are inexpensive and satisfy the sweet tooth. The bonus is that the are incredibly nice and treat customers like kings. They also keep the place clean compared to the other places in the little strip mall they are located in.

Whenever I ask for one donut here, they give me three(two donut holes for free)! It’s family owned and the donuts are yummy. I will try out their smoothies soon!

i’ve been here a couple of times now and with each visit, the service got even better. i think this donut shop is family owned and i always see the same woman at the cashier. she is always so sweet and friendly and actually remembers me every time i visit. she even throws in a handful of cronut balls with my order every time! free donuts? can’t complain :) this shop has a huge selection of donuts, pastries, sandwiches, drinks which is good because i like having a lot of options to choose from. the donuts here aren’t the best tasting in the world but it is cheap and still satisfies my sweet tooth. it really annoys me when people expect 5-star quality food at donut shops where the most expensive donut is like…$ 2 but that’s just me. basically…give this donut shop a try! it’s decent, it’s cheap, and the staff here is extremely nice!

ok. I get what’s so good about the donut holes now. After I side by side comparison(yes I compared it to the round glazed donut), I do prefer the donut hole. The bite size donut just baaarely gives you that crisp texture from being deep fried all around, and I think it has more glaze enveloping the donut. This shop seems to be upgrading everything these days. In addition to the added menu items(sandwiches and smoothies), they got new coffee/hot cocoa machines. Taste is the same, but there use to only be Hot cocoa and vanilla cappucino… now there’s a Hot MOCHA!!! I need to try this next time. Usually I like the combination of hot cocoa and cappucino. I know it’s a big donut, but MUSTTRYTHEAPPLEFRITTERS. Keep the fritter for a few days and eat, it’ll be even better! ATM inside in case you don’t have cash on hand.

Positives: — Delicious donuts, wide variety, always taste wonderful. — GREAT prices. Cheap donuts for the win! — Tons of stuff to choose from. Donuts, sandwiches, smoothies, drinks, awesome. — The ladies who work there are so kind and lovely, truly hard workers!(I always tip :]) Negatives: — THEPLACEISINFESTEDWITHROACHES. My friend and I went in there this evening and as I was looking through the glass where the donuts were shelved, I saw not one, but TWO roaches crawling along the walls and the racks where the donuts were. I’ve never been so horrified in my life. I seriously can’t eat another donut from this place ever again and that makes me so sad because I really loved this little shop and it’s right near my home. Hopefully they can get it together and exterminate soon because this place really is awesome and I’d love to come back one day.

I’m not too knowledgeable about donuts, since I’m not a huuuge fan or anything, but don’t come in here expecting krispy kreme type of donuts. Honestly, all the donuts i’ve had that are NOT krispy kreme all pretty much taste the same to me. Anyhooos. We come here cuz it’s really closeby to our house and my son wanted donuts one day and we decided to check it out. One downside is that they do only accept cash. But I think a lot of small businesses that don’t sell pricey items are like this. Makes sense. However, they are ALWAYS open. I’m really quite amazed that the owner can open up shop waaayyyy early in the morning and still be open late at night. I almost always see her by herself in that shop, so I sympathize. The donuts are dirt cheap too! But then again, I don’t know too much about donuts. But I think a dozen was only $ 6. I remember one time my son dropped his donut and she gave him another one for free and whenever we get the donut holes, she always gives us a few extra. It’s really sweet and she seems like a really nice, hard working lady. FYI for those ignorant commentors on here, she is NOT korean. Kinda don’t appreciate the remarks on her accent. Yes, it’s hard to understand her but we’re all trying to make a dollar here. Yah, ok. the donuts aren’t GREAT, but idk wut ppl expect out of donuts that cost less than a dollar each. Geesh! IMO, it’s harder to find ppl that are genuine and nice who provide good customer service… and just for that I give this place 4 stars. But just based on the donuts, probably like 3 stars =P

2.5 stars based on two donuts I had. I got ring donuts with chocolate and almonds, and ring donuts with crumbs(see pics). 70 cents each. cheap. But I didn’t like their donuts so much, tasted like medicine…

They gave us 3 donuts for the price of 2. :) Anyway. after a long drive back from Yuma… it’s only appropriate I satiate my sweet tooth with a yummy chocolate donut. :) I still like how it’s not greasy nor overly sweet!
