I ordered a pizza last night! Best pizza I’ve ever had from any delivery service! My pizza was steaming hot when it arrived, that was a first. Everything was put together well, I ordered a 3 topping pizza & yes all toppings were there unlike a lot of times from other locations! My first time tipping a pizza man! It was well worth it! Great job keep up the good service!!!

I call and order a pizza at 8:30 they show up at 10:40 then the manager refuses to do anything about pricing on a cold pizza! Come on its simple get the pizza deliver the pizza. Provide great customer service and we can keep working. Not only am I going to send a report to the corporate office but also file a business complaint please shut down this location.

Well Domino’s contact me saying that tell them what happen and they apologize but that’s not going to help me go back there. I told my friends of what happened and the email me Domino’s sent me and told me the they are not going to that domino’s either so if you want your order on time and right, don’t go to Pico and Redondo Dominos.

I ordered a Barbecue chicken pizza, and they just threw chicken with a barbecue sauce on top of a dough. No cheese, no veggies, no greens. It was the most awful and unimaginative pizza I’ve ever had. Where’s the passion?

The first time I have pizza from Domino in years. When did they get so cheap that they charge $ 1.30 for EACH parmesan and for peppers packets. This could easily cost more than the pizza if you want extra. Nickel and diming their customers for condiments that used to be free. When do people draw the line at this crap? Am I overreacting, or are they overreaching? Absolutely the last time I will be going there. I guess this is corporate policy. I guess Im back to Pizza Hut.

HORR-I-BLESERVICELASTNIGHT! I have never, in all my years, had anything happen with pizza delivery like what happened last night. We’ve been ordering from this location for years. For the most part, it’s fine. We order online, it always arrives about 30 – 45 minutes and we get what we ordered. Once in awhile, something weird happens, like the pizzas have no sauce on them. But they always apologize, make a fresh order and re-send right away. So last night is the Oscars. And it’s raining. I get it. Order will probably take longer than normal. Factoring that in, we order online @6PM. Says we’ll get it 35 – 45 minutes. Even an hour would be fine. About 20 minutes after ordering, I notice the online order ‘tracker’ still says ‘prepping’. Hasn’t gone in the oven yet. I called and the girl said they were super busy. Might take about an hour to get our pizza. I say fine. After 45 minutes, the tracker says our order is out for delivery. Great. So we wait. And wait. And wait. Almost an hour later, the tracker says our order was ‘delivered’. But we never got our pizza. I call back and the girl says the tracker isn’t accurate, but the driver is on his way. I say but if our pizza has been sitting in his car that long, by the time we get it, it will be cold and soggy. She says no problem, just call back and we’ll take care of it. Send out a new order or give you a credit. Coming up on 2HOURS after we placed our order and still no pizza. Try calling back and it just rings and rings. Keep trying to call and they are just picking up the phone and hanging up! Really? You know you’ve screwed up all the orders and you’ve just said fuck it? Not even gonna deal with all the pissed off customers at this point? Wow. We finally accepted that pizza was never coming and decided to find something in the freezer to microwave. But there was no way in hell we were going to pay for it. I called back and finally got through. Told the girl it had been 2 hours, pizza never came and we wanted a credit on our card. She asked if we wanted a store credit. I said nope. Credit our card. She said sorry about that, but you’ll still get your pizza. I thought fine. It will be cold and gross. But cold pizza is good the next day. Big shocker: pizza never came. If we found out later the driver died in a tragic car accident or was shot in a car jacking, I’d feel bad and give them a pass. But I’m guessing neither of those things happened and it was just bad management/customer service. Look, I understand you get super busy and overwhelmed. That’s when you put your good management/customer service skills to work. Anybody who calls with a problem gets their order for free. Be proactive. Go through the list of deliveries and call anybody who’s been waiting longer than an hour and a half. Apologize, tell them you’re not charging them for the order and you’re sending out a fresh delivery. Maybe you lose a little money that night. But it will pay off in the long run when you save your regular customers. However, they didn’t do any of that. Will never order from them ever again. Guess I’m giving my business to Pizza Hut.

Pizza on Halloween? Of course! I’m gifting this location a 3 star rating because they messed up our order and tried bullying us into keeping our order because it was already placed? Even though it was only 3 mins after we placed. Cust. Service could have been better. We’ll see how it tastes!

I ordered a 10 ingredients large with my Groupon and they were actually generous with their ingredients, unlike the Domino’s on Glendale Blvd. The cashier wasn’t too bright, to put it kindly. I had already paid for the pizza online, plus I had the receipt with me, but he insisted on seeing my Groupon, which I didn’t bother bringing because I figured I ordered used it to order online so why bring it right? I had to convince him that the receipt should be sufficient. He finally gave up and handed me my pizza. Anyway, I always call ahead when I order from this Domino’s because I don’t like to wait there. Parking is horrible because there’s a giant pothole on one of the 4 parking spaces. Plus the other parking spaces always seem to be occupied by some gang-banger-looking dude just parking his car there doing nothing.

English is not the first language here, had to repeat myself like 6 times. What is wrong with hiring good well spoken people, there are classes available to better yourself.

Best Dominos’s Pizza Around. Fresh, hot food. Fast drivers and great customer service! Also a great location for pick up. I’m glad this is the location that delivers to my home. Great, great location!

I use to get Domino’s a lot, then stopped and now have not had it in a long time My friend orders from here quite a lot. Well, we ordered online for a 10:30 a.m. delivery — the earliest we could — it was Pizza or breakfast after a long night out dancing. I had the cheese, onion and pineapple — with lots of those crushed dry hot peppers. My friend had pepperoni I think. The pizza was OK — not amazing but OK. I really like the Artisan Pizzas — the spinach one is my fav. What was really good was the crust ends. It had some flavor in it. My friend wasn’t sure which crust he ordered but it was garlicky if that helps. The pizza came on time, the driver was nice and all was good.

Stay away from this dominos. I had my pizza burnt to a crisp and they forgot to put the cheese on my pizza. I went the next following day to complain and this facility is completely filthy. It reeked of feces and urine thank god I chose not to eat the pizza delivered to my house. Serious health concern! Also the workers here are rude and ghetto. Trust me I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t spit in your food.

This is fast food value dining, nothing more and nothing less. The thing is, in a city that doesn’t have remarkable pizza, Dominos really isn’t as bad as self-absorbed foodies might think. I’m from the Northeast, where I was raised on Pepe’s(if you don’t know Pepe’s in New Haven, CT, look it up!), and I’ve eaten pizza up-and-down Italy and across America. While Dominoss doesn’t compare to authentic pizza, since they’ve changed their crust and sauce in the past few years, they’ve actually emerged as a reliable, strip-mall source of fast and easy eats. I’ll never pay full price, but you don’t need to — they have the running 2 medium, 3 topping pizzas for 5.99 each special, and Monday-Thursday they offer a large, 2-topping pick-up for 7.99. When I’m at the office until 9pm and don’t feel like cooking or going out, picking up a quick pie can work just fine. Of course Pizzeria Mozza is better, but sometimes you just don’t want/need the hoopla and production, and Dominos delivers(get it?) on those occasions.
