This is the best dominos in the area their food is quality and very fast delivery time customer service is amazing. Marco is the best and he is always very helpful. He makes ordering dominos the best experience! This dominos is much better than the Papa John’s across the street that makes you wait hours for delivery and has rude terrible customer service. I will continue ordering from this dominos and recommend for anyone who is looking for pizza to order from it.

Terrible — do not order from this place. It’s dirty and there are no employees that’s take accountability for their actions. There was a hair in our pizza. Their facility is dirty, and they are not sanitary.

Ordered the 2 medium 2 topping pizza special. They said it would take 35 but actually took an hour. Once the pizza arrived it was terribly dry and not even warm anymore. We called the Beverly Blvd location not expecting a refund or replacement pizzas but to let them know the situation and they just said sorry. It’s just funny how they don’t even try to offer anything to rectify situation. It’s obvious the person who answered the phone didn’t care. I won’t be ordering from them again nor do I recommend anyone else to either.

My partner and I order form this place once every couple of months. Pizza always tastes great. My last order was less than perfect when it arrived and it only had about 4 pieces of pepperoni. I called the store and the manager was very apologetic. He didn’t hesitate and gave me a credit for a future order. Today, I placed that future order and Dora actually took care of the entire charge as a way of thanking me for giving them another chance. That right there is customer service. I don’t expect places to always provide 100%, things happen. What I do expect is them to apologize and make it better. That’s what this location does!

Horrible service. management is horrific as well. took over ²¹⁄₂ hours to get 2 pizzas.

The order never came. I called when the delivery was 15 minutes late and I was lied to that it had just left for delivery. Didn’t make a big deal about it but I knew it had gone out for delivery nearly 35 minutes. Then I called again a second time, now at 50 minutes since it said «left for delivery», to find out there was a mistake and it would NOT be delivered. I was kindly given the option to get it on the house, refund or credit BUT I really had to go (I was at my girlfriend’s house) and we didn’t eat dinner. Now I drove for an hour with no dinner. WON’T do business there again.

Horrible customer service epically the delivery lady that came to deliver the pizza. This place needs a complete new staffing for me to ever order anything ever again from them.

I HATE THIS PLACE, they keep making the BEST PIZZA EVERRR UGH! No but really this place is going to kill me Ive ordered from them at least 6 times in the past 2 weeks. This is not good for my waist or my wallet… but this pizza and the amazing service keeps drawing me in…*shakes fist. They even sent me a coupon in my email, the nerve! I literally just ordered AGAIN because of it! Now they are giving me free chicken wings thanks to this amazing coupon, seriously Domino’s what is your issue?! And that dang handmade «pizza tracker» with that music… it always has me feeling some type of way… is it bad that I keep the window open just so that I can still listen to the music after I eat my pizza? I just hope they come up with some point system soon because I need me some more coupons!

4 stars, seriously 1 star reviewers, what kind of expectations do you have? Is it my favorite pizza? not even close, but in a pinch, when we’re tired, or don’t feel like cooking & cleaning the kitchen, we go for the ‘No’s. We live less than a mile, get free delivery w/​Amex, and it’s consistent 90% of the time. I’d say we probably order about 2 to 3 times a month. the deal for $ 5.99 is so cheap, it’s almost free. At that price it’s very easy to scale. I love the ease of online ordering, no on hold or talking to employee with loud kitchen in the background. We have a fairly complex delivery address as noted by other delivery drivers who have to call us to find us. Most have trouble, but No’s Knows! Online ordering saves your recent order, so reordering is a snap. It’s as good as some of the other neighborhood value pizza e.g. Shakey’s, Papa John’s.

Fast delivery, delicious thin crust pizza and Greek salad. I looove the cheese bread! I order delivery often from this dominos, I coudnt be happier :)

Better than what I expected! I got the chicken with spinach and tomatoes thin crust and for being fast food it actually tastes pretty healthy. Delivered fast too!

This dominoes store makes the best pizza. I absolutely love it and treat myself once a month!

if i could give them NO stars i would. This location can’t get their act together to save their lives. I have ordered from them numerous times, trying to give them a chance to get it right. (and because franchises work this way which is completely unfair to the customer dealing with the incompetence)
I order online, so there is no chance of getting it wrong.
NOPE EVERY TIME it’s wrong.
When instructions are printed out how can you get it wrong? Tonight same thing, cold and wrong pizza.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? you have ONE thing to do! When I called and asked to speak to the manager and told the girl what was wrong she put me on hold. 2 other guys that were NOT the manager got on the line. Really? because you can’t help me and told me that he was busy and would call me back.
NO. Not acceptable.
By the time the manager Arturo got on the line, he wasn’t even faking an apologie for the mistakes! I mean come on at least FAKE it. DO something to let the customer know that you actually like having them order so their money can pay your salary! He had the nerve to LIE to me and say that this is their first complaint! WTF are you kidding me right now? did you fall down and smack your little head on the pavement?
This location is beyond bad. NO QUALITY CONTROL! SOMEONE SHOULD BE CHECKING THE FOOD BEFORE IT GOES OUT. That is restaurant manager job 101.
They should all expect to be looking for other work if this continues.

I ordered online and it took 20 minutes to get to my house. The delivery man was incredibly kind and polite, the pizza was hot upon arrival and exactly what I was hoping for.

Saw a bunch of bad Unilocal but still decided to order because it’s dominoes and we can all expect the same quality I’d imagine. I mean it’s mcdonalds for pizza.
Spoke to a guy over the phone and asked for specials and he listed every one, asked for sauces and unique things too and even though he was probably busy he was extremely helpful.
People expect too much for crying out loud it’s affordable pizza spot for late night cravings.
Anyway he said 35 mins they were here in 30 with extremely hot pizza and the delivery guy was friendly and nice — what else can you ask for?
After all the bad reviews I had to try to tip the scales — thanks guys it’s tough but someone has to do it– and the pizza was delicious !!! $ 17?! Come on people get off your high horse.

Monday-​Thursday they have their carryout Large Pizza for $ 7.99 (3 toppings) you can’t beat that! The guys are always nice here. My pizza is always ready in no less than 15min! Thanks Bev Dominos!

We went here even though we saw the quite bad score here on Unilocal.And I’m lucky we did.
First of all, the people working there were super helpful and nice, answered any questions and shared deals, suggestions etc. They let us order 2 pizzas with different toppings on each half, which was great, and all of them turned out great. We’re super pleased with the pizzas, and they were not expensive either.
Perhaps the low reviews are for delivery only, but our pizzas were amazing, even though we brought them all the way home before trying them.

That’s right no stars! Why can’t dominoes find competent peeps who can take down the right address and right phone number??? Omg called to follow up our order after 30 mins to make sure it was on its way– they confirm yes as I give them the right address. After more than an hour still no pizza I call again just to find out that they took down the wrong address and phone number??? BULLSHIT! And it’s almost 9 and my family still hasn’t had dinner bec I got the flu and Dominoes has a bunch of dumb ass peeps working for them! Close this dominoes now!!! Go to papa johns across the street. It’s my own fault for not doing that in the first place!!! It’s not not even worth the free pizza they’re offering after they have your whole family starving for the past 2 hours!
Pleeeeeeeeeease do not patronize this dominoes. It’s the worst of its kind!
