Domino’s Pizza

Placed an order online for Super Bowl Sunday by my friends house so my food would be warm when i picked it up… I ordered 1 hour in advance because i knew they would be busy and so I wouldnt have to wait. turns up couldnt see order status online so I called and asked what the status was 30 mins after placing order. the girl told me «your order SHOULD be ready» i asked should? And she said YES. Then I said can u please confirm. when I arrive I dont want to wait. she put me on hold and then picked up and said «yes your order IS ready» It took me 20 mins to get there… once I arrived the girl at the register gave me my order without checking if it was complete. I told her i was missing a box of pizza. THEN she decided to check the order… she looked all over and said «someone took off with ur pizza.» I said excuse me? Then she kept looking and still didnt find it. another girl Myrna took over and said its gonna be «15 minutes» for us to make another pizza… at this point I was really upset. not only did I have to beg them over the phone to check if my order was ready but I didnt even get an appology nor did they try solving the issue sooner… this place is very unorganized and customer service is terrible. I ended up telling the girl to just charge me for what she gave me. I should have not bought anything. unfortunately I had hungry people waiting on the food… unacceptable not returning to this place. would give zero stars if I could!

They always get my order right and have such fast and friendly delivery… I recommend ordering through the app; you can access their coupon deals and you make sure your order is exactly what you want. I recommend ordering from this location. The location itself is tiny and the parking is not convenient which is the only reason I’m not making this a 5 star review.

I’ve been ordering here for a while but recently my pizza has been so doughy lately. More than twice. I’m so tired of calling and complaining. I guess Pizza Hut is always an option.

Just had the best pizza, so glad they are open till 1am! Ordered pepperoni, onions, anchovies, mushrooms. Pizza, was fresh and hot. Delivery was under 30 minutes
check them out for a late night treat! !

Service sucks I’ve ordered delivery 3 times and all 3 times something was wrong or missing and today I got my order and one of the pizza boxes was empty

Our pizzas were piping hot and ready to go in 20 – 25 minutes. I waited in the lot for a few minutes because I got there earlier than expected. When I walked in, the cashier and team greeted me with a cheerful «Welcome to Dominoes»
The pies were delicious, made as ordered and didn’t last the night. Great job!

I come here all the time because it is the only one close to me and the service sucks!!! They always get something wrong, you have always double check your stuff before leaving. I came in to pick up my order that I placed online and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes after the tracker said my order was ready !!

Worst delivery service ever delivery drivers are rude and have no customer service at all this is one very unsatisfied customer

Called to get my order, lady said it will be ready in 40 – 45 minutes. After 20 minutes, i get a call and my food is hot and ready. Delivered early than what i expected. It was delicious, well done! :)

I placed my order at 9:05pm and my Pizza was not delivered until 11:15pm. The driver claimed to have shown up at my address which was false he never did I was sitting outside my door waiting. He never called and cancelled my order not once but twice. The girl that answered the phone argued instead of trying to fix the problem, not until I spoke to the manager did situation get solved…2hours later.

Nobody should EVER be treated it like this! Piss poor pizza piss poor service in a pizz poor neighboorHOOD. My stomach hurts I want to puke everything I ate up and make the owner eat it while he watches me blow up this dominos

Love this Place… food and service is always Great… I mostly get it Delivery and it always is on time and hot… Love Dominos as well

considering we’re in da hood… not bad at all. 35 – 45 mins to deliver accurate and people on the phone are more less friendly and delivery people too. I call them often. 1^st time ordering by internet tho — we’ll see how this goes. will update. Update: received pizza in a timely manner as well using the online system. Very happy.

I ordered online, and my pizza was ready when I arrived and I was given a receipt as I paid online, and was given napkins. I asked for cheese and peppers and was told that they no longer did the packets. I was so surprised as I have not been to dominos In some time. There were available for purchase small bottles of cheese and peppers for around $ 1.49.

Where do I begin? Overall the level of quality this restaurant has to offer is below the Dominos standard. It’s a hit or miss with most of these franchise establishments and they definitely struck out on receiving future business. Burnt pizza, soggy hot wings, and a track history of tardiness. You might get lucky with someone actually handling your order properly, but you’re better off with Tumby’s pizza if you’re in the local area.

It’s located in the ghetto hood and for it being ghetto and all, service has always been satisfying. I’ve been coming here for years and the service has always been nice and friendly. Food is always on point :)

This spot is right in the middle of the hood. But they serve you quick and the food isn’t bad. Get in and Get out to avoid getting shot robbed or raped.
