Got my whole order wrong and had the dignity of telling me it was my fault. The lady was very rude and refused to give me the right pizza. After a while of arguing she said that the right pizza would arrive in 30 minutes. As my hungry family and I waited, 30 minutes turned into 1hr! Never again will I order from this place!

the worst pizza place ever!!! not only did they mess up the order entirely, they refused to fix the issue! we spoke to 2 different associates and rudely they did nothing! finally, katia or katalina (whose
name we couldn’t understand dude to her broken english) had the nerve to place us «on hold» & overheard her complain to her employees about us being stupid and annoying. its absurd to have someone whos supposed to be an assistant manager treat their customers with such ways. never again will an order be place here & i encourage others to do the same.

Yet again I ordered pizza and I must not learn my lesson because again they mess up I mean is there job that hard it’s not like I had a big order and yet they didn’t give me my sauce and yet again it’s taken them over 40 minutes to deliver a sauce. It’s a sauce.!! Why should I have to wait they’re less than a 8 min drive away from my house. I could’ve just walked over there and back in less time.

Ordered online at 8:23 pm on Monday 4 −6−2015 online tracker said pizza was out for delivery at 8:34 pm. It didn’t arrive by 9:10 pm so I called the store and was told that my order was dispatched to the wrong driver and it would be here in 10 minutes! One hour after original order was placed I called back and was told that my order was just sent and it would be 6 minutes more! It was out for delivery! It is now 9:53 pm and still no pizza! One and a half hours and still no pizza! My visitors went home without eating the pizza we were waiting for! I will not be ordering from Dominos anymore and I will be telling everyone I know to do the same! They could have called if they had delivery issues! Pizza order showed up at 10:05 pm! I refused the order and informed the driver I would be contacting management the next day!!!

Tried out the new app for the first time. It was very easy and had the pizza ready when I got there. People there were very cool very well mannered. The cashier even make small talk with me while I waited for like 3 minutes or so. Will definitely come back again and use app.

Placed a cash order. Site posted it as delivered. Sadly, I never received it. Very, very disappointed. Left Domino’s a bad review on their site survey, and they never bothered to follow up.

Ordered for delivery. I ordered a thin crust pizza 2 topping med and 8 pieces of wings. 5.99 each. They charge 3 dollars for delivery which doesn’t even go to the driver so make sure you tip. Food arrived on time n the food was fresh n hot. Good service!

Wth dominos, you got my order wrong and then proceeded to call my SO a liar when they called to ask that the order be remade. Then after you tell me that you’ll make it you want me to wait a half hour more after I waited a half hour the start with?
Very disappointed. Will not be ordering again.

Really bad service. I called and hour ago to place an order but called to cancel and choose a different special but the lady that said was the assistant manager hung up on me and didn’t let me finish. When I called back they didn’t accept my order and refused to deliver. I was disappointed and will never order from there again. I had to go to a different domino’s pizza and pick up.

I think this place discourages people from ordering pizza on a Thursday night by saying they have 1hr delivery time! Its Dominos! not a ***** star restaurant. I wonder where the driver is at? this is ridiculous! Pizza hut here I come!

I was so hungry at work and most delivery places need a minimum of 25 to order but not. this place! I ordered the chicken Alfredo dish and soda. It was so good and creamy. I loved the fact that the website told me when my food was ready and when it would arrive. The tracker was useful.

My order was not ready when I got there. There was no communication as to how long it would take to make. When I inquired, they dismissed me with «it’s not ready, you’ll have to wait.» I waited 30mins then left. Horrible experience on Christmas day. The staff seems unfriendly and not customer service oriented. Owner, please review your staff and hire people with at least a high school education.
