Domino’s Pizza

I ordered pizza from the app then went to pick it up. When I got there I could hear the workers joking in the back and one person walked from the back and straight out the door. It took 10 minutes for someone to come to the front and take my order. Then I saw a guy flipping dough in the back without gloves… I also asked for extra sauce and didn’t get that either. Where are the managers? Seems like they really don’t care.

I’ve ordered from this place several times, never had an issue. Well today, I placed an order and waited almost two hours for the delivery man who never came. So, I called and asked why it was taking longer then usual. And, well it turns out that the girl (Mirna) who took my order never processed my order. So, when I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold and then hung up. I called again and they put me on hold for the second time. It’s 5:13 and they just decided to deliver our pizzas when I placed my order 4 hours ago.

I haven’t written a review in a long time, but customer service at this dominoes deserves recognition. Joseph took my order over the phone, within 20 minutes my food arrived HOT and just the way I ordered it, Joseph also delivered my pizza. He was seriously so nice and really put a smile on my face. Usually order online with ease once a week but tonight the online ordering wasn’t available. So I just called in and i really don’t know why I got a never ending phone ring, I continued to call 20 times with 2 different phones and no answer I’m just so confused, it’s a normal Friday why isn’t anyone available??? I’m hungry over here c’mon!

I orderd 2 Medium Pizzas got constant updates from the phone app until i got the notification:
«Your pizza has been delivered» Im like WTF Where? 15 – 20 min later the driver shows up doesnt speak English and doesnt know WTF Im complaining about YES THE FUCKING PIZZA WAS COLD ASF! NO BUENO THIS LOCATION!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve never encountered any issues. I order delivery online and it arrives 40 minutes to an hour after the order was placed. Never any issues ordering online. I’ve also laced orders to go and never encountered any issues. Cheesy bread is delicious, wings not so much.

First off, I’ve lived in the area for over 15 years and order from this Domino’s all the time. It’s recently gotten pretty bad (wrong orders, long deliveries, etc.), but tonight I had the worst experience ever. I’d even take Little Caesars or Pronto Pizza over this place after tonight. Delicious Pizza on Adams when you have some time and get a chance.
I ordered a pizza, pasta and a 2 liter a little before 10:30pm, and was told it would take 30 – 40 minutes. It has now been an hour and a half. I have called the store three times; the first time I was told the driver was just around the corner. The second time, I was on hold with the automated lady and then hung up on. The third time, I was told that my order would be here soon, and then I asked to speak to the manager, who told me my order had never been sent out because they had the wrong phone number. I repeated my phone number three different times: the first to place my order and then 2 more times when I called back and they asked for my number so that they could look my order up. I have been waiting outside for a half hour, and it’s now past midnight. I couldnt believe how rude, dishonest and irresponsible the manager was.
I wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

First it took them 1hr and 10 min to deliver
Secondly they gave me no condiments or napkins. Very dissapointed with their service. I should give them no stars. You guys suck!

This is the second time they forget to bring my soda!!! Bad service! Never ordering from here again!

I have never had such a horrible experience trying to order a pizza before. The person that took our address down took it down wrong and after paying for pizza and waiting an hour and a half, we received a phone call saying they were not delivering our order to us bc the address was wrong.
This dominos is 1.3 miles from my house and even after speaking to the assistant manager, Clara, she would not do anything for us — didn’t even offer to have us come pick our order up!
Horrible, horrible customer service — avoid this location at all costs!

called to place an order i come to pick it up and they said i never placed an order. management did nothing to correct their error. horrible service. management needs to be replaced

Why did it take 40 min to deliver a pizza when I live just three blocks away? And when I called to ask about when it was coming I was told any minute but that minute turned in to another 10. Bad service, bad food this Domino’s is just bad all over.

I called to place an order. This is the worse place ever. Juan was cool but when I gave my address. Crenshaw And 48^th they don’t deliver to this area, rude ass unhelpful Marisol or whatever her name is said to call Figueroa/​54 th st.
That dominoes said I’m out the area. Called La Brea no… called the 800 number its labrea… wtf Dominoes

No comment on the food. Worse service ever. They DO NOT update the Web app. Said it says the computers and that’s why they will never replace humans. I called them on that b.s. Then my pizzas were burnt. They don’t even know what you order and ask you? Do if you don’t remember you will leave without your food. Oh and they charge you for bottles of stuff like cheese and peppers. RIP OFF!

There are very few pizza delivery options to choose from in the area, but I’ve never had a problem with dominoes. They are usually friendly and competent and my orders have always been right.

This place is horrible if you can get someone that can understand Your order and get it right you might get a pizza that’s right. But tonight my pizza is so cold it’s horrible and now my son is sick the pizza look like it was sitting out all day

I like this dominos because when I was living in the jungles they made deliveries to the hood with no worries of getting jacked or anything. Seems as if the pizza taste better now its just smaller than what it use to be. Best time to go is anytime before the weekend they get real crowded after Thursday and there’s nowhere to park.

This is my choice for delivery pizza in my area (considering the severe limitation of options), with more vegetarian friendly options to choose from than Pizza Hut.
The delivery drivers here are always courteous, and I generally receive my order quickly. The order has some aspect of it incorrect about ¼ of the time. I have always ordered the Vegetarian Sub Sandwich without tomatoes and have received it with tomatoes more times than without, and once they left the Feta off of my Spinach and Feta artisan pizza but other than that, my pizza has always been hot and seemingly fresh.
I received a gift certificate from the corporate office once after an order was completed incorrectly, and it was quite difficult to redeem the certificate from this location. I generally order online, but I had to call to make this happen and after speaking with three different people, I was still chastised when the pizza was delivered because the delivery driver was told they were picking up cash.
All in all, I am happy there is the option of this Domino’s Pizza. With a bit more accuracy regarding my orders, I would happily give this location a 4 star rating and with no mistakes I would give them 5 stars.

I usually order online and haven’t had a problem with my order. They recently expanded their delivery area radius and they can finally deliver to me! Not that the other location was too far off, but I like this being my primary location for all my Domino’s pizza needs.
The service at the actual store can vary. Expect a wait if it’s towards dinner time.

Soooo good! Bout to eat these fresh hot pizza. No where to sit or barely stand in here. But they get the food out fast!
