Dluxe Hair

PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED! This woman is a fraud for starters she claims to sell 100% human hair I took it to a professional stylist and it is made from synthetic that looks similar to human hair. She is unprofessional and uses her words against you when YOUR the customer, I find that extremely rude! I contacted her to get a refund (as it stated in the websites policy that I could) ONLY for her to tell me she never received the hair when I provided a tracking number along with the package. She then claims I never sent it to her when clearly the ups had record of the merchandise. I went ahead and researched her business with the Alhambra court, who should carry records of all legal businesses within the Los Angeles area and what do you know! her «business» is NOT in the system. I’m assuming she’s been doing this under the table and hasn’t been paying taxs. Her business card doesn’t even provide you with a name of the owner so you really don’t know who exactly your speaking with. If I could give NO STARS I would in a heart beat because she does not deserve any. Please be aware before purchasing!
