Very cool, hip, shopping center on La Brea. This «mall» houses a large variety of retail, though mostly hipster-​type choices, and other fashion establishments (i.e. jewelry accessories & eyewear). There is also a hair salon, and even a restaurant named the Sycamore Kitchen. The parking, in the adjoined structure, is easy and extremely cheap. I also believe I’ve seen them doing contraction on some of the unused spaces to house more tenants in the near future. The most appealing aspect of this center, however, is the events the building management holds here; from live concerts on the top of the garage to food truck festivals, this place provides a lot of locally-​sourced entertainment. There’s no way this place will be kept a secret for long.
