This is a really fun and educational place for the whole family. My four year old enjoyed it and can’t wait to go again.

I must say that I thought I would be more impressed by the museum. Im probably the only one who gives the place 4 stars but I wish there were more interactive things for the kids. As I was trying to explain things to my 4 year old, he got impatient and said that he was bored. He loves dinosaurs so my thinking was that perhaps the museum could do a better job connecting what kids love about dinosaurs to how they present them.

This place is huge! Lots of things to see. Birds, mammals, insects, dinosaurs, gems, Aztec and maya artifacts and more. Very overwhelming yet educating experience. Parking is $ 10. I ended up getting the family membership plan because we really enjoyed it, which covers 2 adults and up to 4 kids for $ 89 total. Being a member can get you in the museum’s special exhibit as well.
