This woman ruined my hair as well. I made an appointment for loc extensions. She stated in her first initial contact email that it would take 10 – 14 hours. I ended up sitting in her chair for 44 hours straight and still they were not finished. I had to go back 6 days later for an appointment that was supposed to take 2 – 4 hours. I sat for and additional 11 hours that day. So over $ 800 and 55 hours later my locs were installed. FLASH 6 WEEKS LATER– I had to remove the lower locs because the installation was done improperly to tight, to much extension on not enough hair, (a real professional stated). I now am in the process of losing locs on a daily basis. She refuses to respond to numerous emails, voicemails and texts. She is extremely unprofessional and a very horrible person. Sirena aka Allison is not somebody I would ever recommend to anyone. My hair was a beautiful length when I initially went to her. I am on the verge of having to shave my entire head. DO NOT GO TO HER!!!

I should have written this a long time ago. I love her! She is a terrific and tremendously patient stylist. My hair had broken because of wearing lace fronts and she did terrific work in terms of doing individual tree braids and masking the damage. We went much, MUCH longer than either of us thought as the result of the damage and she just kept going. It was really awesome. I“m telling everyone how awesome she is.
