This place is completely ridiculous… I should’ve checked Unilocal before walking in. They have rescheduled my dress fitting 3 times already with my wedding being in only 2 months! They are very unprofessional and did not even offer an apology when rescheduling my fittings. I do not recommend this place if you are not already stressed with planning a wedding. Go to a place where they will be professional and have your dress ready when you need it!

I do not recommend this place to ANYONE. They are nice in the beginning and sweet talk you into buying the stuff, but once you place your order they play dumb with you, I recently got my quinceañera dress there, but I bought a $ 200 crystal crown and they sold it to me BROKEN on one side, you could barely notice it, and we wouldn’t have noticed if it wasn’t because I got my hair done that day and the stylist checked, I called them to see if I could return the crown and get a refund or something and the guy said no, because they were closing in 5 minutes and when we past by in the car, the door was OPEN. They make make and make appointments, I do not recommend this to ANYONE. STAY AWAY. I would give this place a 0!

I would give this place ZERO stars. I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment for a Saturday. I called that day to advise I was running late to my appointment. The manager, Eddie answered saying he didn’t see me on the calendar and asked who gave me the appointment. I told him it was a man who spoke Spanish. Eddie said he was the one that scheduled the appointments and as a matter of fact only scheduled appointments Monday-​Friday. He didn’t bother an apologize for their mistake nor did he offer to make an exception to the situation. He rudely said to call back and make another appointment. That was only my experience over the phone so you can probably get a feel of what it is in their store. STAY AWAY!

Horrible. Rip off. They have a legal contractual system that is meant to rip the customer off. They require the customer to pay a down payment on a dress before ordering, holding, or providing alterations. The down payment is unrefundable under any and all circumstances. This business will purposly order the wrong dress or provide incorrect alterations to force the customer to pay more money for the correct fitting, leaving the customer with only 2 options. Pay more or lose their deposit. I was forced to cancel my wedding because i paid more then 75% downpayment on a dress that they ordered the wrong size for and refused to give me back my refund. The semstress knew and told me what size i was and what size she was going to order. Then when I returned for the fitting she purposly order the wrong size and demanded more money to fix her mistake/​scam.

they seemed nice at the beginning, but lies evolved. My dress was never ordered, and I’m waiting my refund for my deposit. They didn’t offer any type of resolution, just «sorry, but dress is discontinued» even when they demanded an appointment and told my dress was in, but couldn’t see it till I made an appointment! Stay Away!
