They did a great job of installing our new furnace as well as replacing all the air ducts in our home. There was a lot of work involved which they were able to complete in one day. Everything went well and we are very pleased and happy with our new furnace.
They were very knowledgeable, explained everything, and answered all of our
questions. They were pleasant and very personable to work with.

It’s been couple of months that I was looking for a quality air duct company for my 4 bedroom apartment. All the company’s that I was looking was giving me a high rates just for the cleaning. But then I got a good recommendations from some co workers. They are super professional and kind! The guy over the phone was asking just the right questions and guided me with the help that I needed. They showed up after 2 days from the call and service was quick and clean. Thank you guys with the help me and my wife are happy with the cleaning! Keep up the good work!

My family member received a call from DE General Air Solution in July. She agreed to have them come out and clean her air ducts. In short, this is a MAJOR scam preying on the elderly. They said it would cost $ 75 for her air ducts to be cleaned. The guy started complaining that her small duplex was much bigger than he thought it would be, and telling her she had repairs that were needed. He also said that she should buy UV lights that he would come back and install after they were delivered. He charged her $ 4000, and she paid it. Of course, the UV lights never showed up, and the woman I contacted by phone kept putting me off for a month. I am disgusted that these scammers are still running their fake business. It’s literally frightening.
