Small but effective, this gym has pretty much everything I need. There is a cardio room where there is the standard stuff — treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, and bikes. What I appreciate about their equipment is that there is an eclectic collection of machines so that you get a good variety to choose from(mostly in terms of bikes/ellipticals/stair masters). There’s also a weight room down to the left. The equipment is kind of old school but they all work well. So long as you don’t go during peak hours(in the evening 5−7pm most days), you get pretty good space to work out. I even recently discovered that there are medicine balls down in the back of this room(where the mirrors are). My favorite part of this gym is the little outdoor section by the cardio room. There is turf and a nice mat to stretch and work out on, and it is so nice to get a little fresh air while you’re working out! They also have a couple of pull up bars, one of those rope things, a giant tire(my goal to lift it one of these days…), and boxes for step ups. The price is good considering that there’s no contract fee(there’s a small initiation fee). You can also pay in advance one year or six months or get a family plan. Parking can be a little difficult when it gets busy but I usually either check the cul-de-sac or around the corner(after you go uphill, past the gym entrance).
