Never ever use this company. Absolute and complete rip off. Any other licensed electrician will do just a good a job, with better service, and at a third of the «quoted» price.
Had them move 2 plugs and one light switch out from a wall, was quoted at $ 250. Their technician came in 2 hours late, was rude and acted like he was in a rush and we were a bother to him, set off the alarm in the building (I work in a building that has multiple recording studios), spent maybe an hour and a half working, and left without even giving me an invoice or receipt. Two days later I got an invoice for $ 500. The invoice wasn’t even itemized. Total $ for materials was maybe $ 50.
I called to inquire, guy on the phone was rude, took him 4 days to send me an invoice, and it was still not itemized and just had an arbitrary $ 500 total.
I’m dead serious, go with anyone else. It’s a complete rip off. They’re located in west Hollywood and think they can just charge a ridiculous amount because of where they do business.
I hired a different licensed electrician to do 7 more plugs and a nest system install in my business, $ 200 for all 7, and they look way better than the hack job these jerk offs did.
Unless you’re a rich person in Westwood or Beverly Hills, and you don’t know any better, this business is a rip off. They suck. Don’t use them.

I was reluctant to service my electrical needs because of the cost and fear that I won’t understand what is needed. All I know is that everything is connected together and doesn’t work properly. We have old lights on tracks throughout the place as well as dimmer switches and old light fixtures… and the panel is all screwed up meaning the wiring behind it inside the wall has been tampered with by an amateur. I knew this and thought there’s no hope and this will cost me a shit load of money.
Anyways, I am more than happy with the professionalism and knowledge that these guys possess and am grateful there are honest good companies out there. Price was fair and any obstacles that they would come across they just fixed at no extra charge. I highly recommend this place for all your electrical needs.

Daylight electricians was a great experience! They were able to make an appointment the very next day from order time and one electrician was running a little behind schedule so the owner himself came out to do the job. He worked fast and was very neat. I definitely recommend daylight electricians.

Called Daylight Electric a little before midnight, on a Saturday evening (⁷⁄₆), with a power issue in our rented home. Larry called right back and was here within 45-​minutes.
He identified the issue (s) (all surrounding some rather antiquated and not-​to-​code wiring in our box, which had melted and arc’d) and was able to restore electricity quite efficiently.
Larry was honest about the issues and said that we needed to have our landlord get someone out here to actually fix the problem (which involves bringing in the local utility company) ASAP.
I was impressed with Larry’s professionalism, quick identification of what was going on, and willingness to provide us with the solution we needed at an affordable price. I also appreciated that he continually stressed that what he had done was a temporary fix and that the landlord would need to make the more thorough repairs.
Considering that it was so late, on a weekend, in the heat, and a complex problem, I actually thought that the charge for the call and repairs were very reasonable.
Highly recommended.

Daylight Electric is incredible! Larry did an amazing job hanging a chandelier from my 20 foot ceiling. So good at what he does and so friendly! He even came on a Saturday for me and did the job for hundreds less than another company quoted me. I will be using only Daylight Electric now on for my electrical needs.
