Why is this Dave and Busters even open? They push more people out the door than meals out to serve.

First time there and we didn’t even stay. We weren’t greeted, had to ask how it works, couldn’t hear her explain and ended up wandering around for 15 min. Not one single person helped us. There was an hour wait to «eat.» It’s like a chuck e cheese for adults, except with less joy. Never again.

I’ve been to this Dave & Busters a few times. The main reason I like it is because it’s never packed. I could usually get very quick service and the waiting time is not long. I also go to the one in Hollywood. The food at the one in Hollywood was for what ever reason better but the service at this one was FARBETTER then the Hollywood one. DIANA, our server was AMAZING! She made sure we felt welcomed and gave us 5 Star service. She deserves a promotion or raise! Lol we never had to look for her because she kept checking to make sure we were taken care of. I’m not sure if you could request her but if you can I suggest you do. We had a good time and enjoy our Sunday visit. I want to make sure every one knows that there is also no validation for the parking.

I simply would advise you not to visit here for good food, family time, and clean environment. We were rushed to our seats only to find French fries stuck on the back rest of the booth and it was a total mess. Server searched around for minutes trying to find our table after we ordered so therefore the food was cold. I couldn’t enjoy playing games with my Wife and Daugther due to lag in service because of the facility not allowing under 21 after 10pm in the arcade. Politely spoke with manager about the incident In hopes to get this situation recitified, but NOPESHEWASTHEWORSE… no wonder the place is trash. It starts from the TOP… DONTWASTEYOURTIMEANDMONEY…

The service was wack! My husband had hair on his salmon plate. I had a dirty fork! I ordered a strawberry watermelon margarita with what Tasted like no tequila! So I order a Don Julio shot just to taste SOME alcohol! My shot took forever to come, and I was half done with my drink! The customers next to us had their food and had to yell at my waiter for silverware as their food was getting cold, plus she had to swap out her spoon as I’m sure it was dirty too! My kids had no condiments for their meals! Ughhhhh! This was in celebration of my son graduating from kindergarten! Luckily the arcade experience was waaaay better!

All that could go wrong certainly came to fruition. My family and I took my niece and nephew here to celebrate their graduation from Preschool. We came around 12:15pm and didn’t leave til about 2:46pm all this time WEWEREWAITINGFORFOOD, not playing games and having a good time but waiting on our meals… Let me begin this terrible tale 1st incident– It was open seating but since we had a larger party(3 babies, 6 adults) we were limited in seating choices. We picked the high standing booths which appeared to be the only option but ran into a multitude of problems when it came to the 2 year old and the two 4 year old at the table. We soon found out these high standing booths were death traps for the kids as they kept falling down beneath the table. Luckily no of the children were severely injured but we decided to seat elsewhere. 2nd incident– When we were looking for seating we were rudely redirected by one of the waiter who told us the area we tried to find refuge from the high top booths wasn’t open seating and we had to find another place to sit… I told him the issue and he informed us there was more seating further back that was open. FINE, but please realize this place is incredibly large in size and not enough employees to man the floor in case people have questions. We needed assistance in finding a safer area to eat and received incredibly poor customer service. 3rd incident– We ordered meals for the children first back at the death trap booth and when we arrived to our new seats we informed our waitress of the change so she could redirect the food to our new location. About 10 mins later the food arrived minus one order. We asked the waitress where the other meal was and she went to see what the holdup was. When she returned she said since we changed seats the servers got confused and that’s why we didn’t have our complete order. We asked her how a change in seating could result in an order not being placed and felt offended by the accusation that her negligence was due to our discomfort and fear for the safety of the kids in attendance. (at this point my I’m not annoyed, but trying to have patience with the situation. Our waitress was nice but my niece was upset she couldn’t eat while the other kids at the table gleefully enjoyed their meals. 4th incident– At this point we still haven’t placed an order for the adult meals and I am STARVING. Our waitress finally comes back after what seems like an eternity and takes our order. And it took about an hour before we received our meals. We were at the point of getting up and walking away until we reminded our waitress we still haven’t received our food and she brought it out shortly after. I have the time stamp on my phone and we were there for over 2.5 hours dealing with the inadequacies of this establishment. The manager did give my sister a couple of play cards for the kids because of the whole food mix up but it wasn’t enough for me to want to come back and experience this nightmare. AND they don’t validate…

Went here on a Sunday evening around 8:30PM. You have to pay a fee for parking. It was date night(4 ppl/2 couples) therefore they have a special for 4 people regarding the credits for the games. It was pretty busy, but no waiting on games except the basketball/football area. Everyone was spread out. However, when it came time to eat, our waitress had to be reminded of what we ordered and never got us napkins after asked her more than 5 times, seriously! Ordered Nachos Mountain, can feed about 2 – 3 people. My Boyfriend ordered a snow cone drink that contained alcohol and stated it was so good and you would think you were really drinking shaved ice. Overall, great experience and you can save the tickets on your card for your next visit,

If I could go back in time to keep myself and my girl from coming here I would. I would advise you to avoid this D&B and go to another. 1. The greeter at the restaurant is really bad at her job. Me and the other people waiting had a chat on bad it she was. Who doesn’t let you know she’s taking you to your seats, then has an even more bad attitude about it than she had before? 2. They actually hooked it up on my order. It was good. I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Bad part was the thai chicken salad my gf ordered had barely any chicken. Where as my dish had two giant chicken patties. I offered mine to her, she declined. 3. We ordered two drinks. They eventually got to us. The guy who brought them spill a bunch on the table. No one wiped any of the drink he spilled off. So we did it. He was pissed that there was only one straw. 4. There was a supervisor or whatever that goes around. We asked her for the bill. She explained why the waitress couldn’t get it(other table). She gives me the bill. Just the bill, there was no folder/holder whatever. This is where math and the struggle kicks in. Waitress/server(receipt says Tyonna), comes to collect. I follow my gut and opt for cash. And right now I’m still glad about this decision. Who likes credit fraud, right!!! The bill came to $ 46.17. I give her $ 60. She straight up asks me if I want change back. The hell!!! I say, yes can I just get $ 5. She gives me attitude. I basically gave them a tip that was a bit over 20%. I watch her do it and pocket the money. You want to steal money meant for coworkers, that’s on you. She returns with a receipt and a folded up $ 5. She did put it on a folder but it was open. After this point a majority of people who worked there had some type of attitude. The security there was really cool.

Wednesday’s are half price games! Fun place to go hang out. Don’t expect to win prizes unless you save up because you’re going to need a lot of tickets!!! Pros: easy parking in the lot, clean(saw workers cleaning the machines), very big, not a lot of the machines were broken

Food is ‘okay’ you can get a better meal at Applebee’s. But who comes for the food? We had a great time playing games. We hadn’t been to an arcade in awhile because it took us a few minutes to realize the tickets were loaded on your card. No more carrying around stacks of tickets or lucking up when a person forgets their tickets on a game. PSA: Watch your kids! We were rudely interrupted by some annoying kid who kept jumping in our air hockey game. Luckily, my man handle it, nicely. Would have been a different story if I handled it. Like K. Hart said ‘I’ll fight a kid!“ If you’re drinking, Order simple drinks! Cranberry&vodka. Gin&juice. Rum&Coke. If you get fancy here, you’ll get an watered down drink that’s unrecognizable. I knew my drink was wrong before the waitress put it down. It’s suppose to be red, this one came out a lighter shade of brown. Take it back!

I come here mostly for the games which are pretty fun. There are a wide range of games and the arcade isn’t too crowded, even on a Friday night. The only problem is the service. We went straight to the bar to get some drinks, but no one acknowledged us until about 15 minutes later. Then it took like another 15 minutes to even get our drinks. I get that the drinks can be somewhat complicated, but even clubs and other bars where it’s way more crowded have faster service. And when we finally got our drinks, they were extremely diluted. Tasted good, but not enough alcohol content. The margaritas are decently priced(around $ 10), but I was expecting a little more alcohol. Don’t forget to swipe your power card whenever purchasing food or drinks! You can also redeem your tickets for food. And parking is $ 3. No validation.

We went for happy hour which had pretty reasonable prices for drinks and snacks. It’s a great place to embrace your inner child but also do it while a bit tipsy! Had a blast playing Mario Kart over and over again! Its pretty expensive though. It would be nice if they had deals for students or happy hour for the games as well.

I came into this place expecting the worst because of all the negative reviews but it wasn’t that bad, service was decent considering the amount of people so I really can’t complain. The prices aren’t listed on the drinks so be careful unless your wallet is loaded! Seating takes a while on the weekends and there are plenty of kids too, so the gaming area is really crowded and you’ll probably have to wait to play some of the games. All in all, we had fun and I can definitely see us coming again, but perhaps on Wednesdays when the tickets are half off I believe

I am giving it 2 stars because I had amazing customer service from the waitress, but my overall experience was very disappointing. The bathrooms were discussing and every restroom stall had no lock, there were no toilet paper, seat covers, and no soap to wash your hands. Also, no paper towels. It was completely filthy, pee was every were and there were paper towels all over the floor. I spoke to the manger, he said he was going to send someone to clean it, but it seemed that no one cleaned the bathrooms, they got even worse. I decided to leave and I will not be back anytime soon.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced! No utensils or napkins. We ordered wings to start and the celery was clearly not washed because it had bugs, then ordered the boss chicken burger and the chicken breast did not even cover half of the bun. It took forever to get my kids milkshakes and to top it off our margaritas didn’t have any alcohol… WTF! Just plain bad service! The manager only apologized, but didn’t bother to correct our order, which was even more upsetting!

Came back on a Wednesday night to watch Kobe’s last game and to check out half-off games. Staff… Getting good service seems like a 50⁄50 shot. We waited an HOUR at the bar area for Stephanie T, who told us three times to hold on and that she will be back. We waited while she attended to people who got there after us. Luckily another bartender took our order after noticing that we had been waiting a while. Stephanie never bothered checking on us. The other bartenders were much faster so your wait probably won’t be as bad if you get someone else. There was a similar-looking server who shoved me and yelled at me to move out of the way. The other servers walking around were more polite though. And the server at our table was great. The front desk told us to wait 2 hours for a table for two. After walking around to check, we noticed there were a lot of empty spaces that weren’t filled. About an hour and a half later, a table opened up but we wouldn’t be able to watch the last quarter of the game since the tables were in the back and had no access to TVs. Luckily some very nice people left and gave us their table by the bar. So it’s better to check out the bar area yourself rather than asking the front desk first. Games… They are half off on Wednesdays but ironically half of the machines were broken. Basically the machine takes your money but doesn’t start the game. Or some let you play the game but the tickets don’t come out at the end. One machine stopped working mid-game while we still had 2 plays left. So I guess the secret is to not to play for tickets. Crowd… One thing I liked was the ambiance in the bar area. People cheered for the game together and commiserated over how slow the service by Stephanie T was. Happy hour… The prices are pretty good($ 4.50 for a strawberry mango snow cone and $ 2.50 for beer). There’s a bar in the arcade area which is probably better than the main bar. Happy hour is from 10pm to close on Wednesday. They close exactly at midnight and the machines are all shut down. Security literally blocks the prizes and escorts you out.

There’s plenty of parking in the structure, usually it’ll come out to $ 3. This place was going to get 1 star, but the mac n cheese was pretty damn good so they got 2. I went with a group on a Tuesday night. We had no problem finding seats and there was a really small wait for the games. However, the wait for simple glasses of water was about 1.5 hours… we got the water we ordered at the start of the meal with the bill. They are VERY short staffed, and I hope they could get under better management soon. The mac n cheese with bacon was the perfect comfort food and tasted surprisingly good. The tater tots were a little greasy for my taste, but still took me back to the elementary school lunch days. The brownie cookie sundae thing looks amazing, but is hard as a rock and is super bland. Resist the urge to order it… I promise you it will be tempting.

I just had the WORST service experience. Order not taken until we requested it several times. Dirty dishes and empty drink cups piling up on the table. No silverware brought with the food. Just total absence of our waitress. And no apologies. No acknowledgement of how bad the service was. Just terrible. Come for the games, not the food.

So disappointed. Ashley our waitress spilled 2 glasses of ICECOLD water on my mother’s back. No manager came to check on us, the floor wasn’t mopped, napkins weren’t provided. We Asked to be moved. Food came out… shrimp was cold, no refills offered, salt and pepper came in a small bowl. No shaker. Manager finally came by. My husband complained about the service. Then the bill comes no sorry we will discount meal. $ 117. How about some game tokens? I’m done! The whole wait staff, manager and crew may need to retake customer service course.

My least favorite Dave & Busters location. Rude staff(mainly the girl in front welcoming guests), ghetto/rowdy crowd, and parking isn’t validated. The food here is sub par to say the least and most drinks are weak. What I do like about this place is how close this D&B is to home, the game options, and how the bartenders make the original Coronarita! Other than that, I wouldn’t step foot here.
