Worst place for return item, it take few week, after i keep calling them, they said, office manager, elisha is in charge for returning accunt, after 1 week calling her, she did call me back, worst costomer service

Window treatments, vertical blinds, horizontal blinds, Roman shades, drapes, none of which jibed with our condo remodel visualization for a more open feel. We really liked our neighbor’s plantation shutters but they, being new owners, had no idea what company installed them. Serendipitously, my sweetie tore two ads for the like from the LA Times, waved them in my face and suggested we vet the businesses. Fine by me. Did I check Unilocal?No. And even if I had, we were completely won over by Danmer’s designer, Suzanne Nordstrom, thus the not so favorable reviews wouldn’t have mattered. Yes, we were so impressed by her knowledge and professionalism, after communicating telepathically(it’s a couple skill/gift), we signed on the dotted line with one-third of the deposit and cancelled the appointment with the other company. Ms. Nordstrom(no relation to the store, we asked), precisely measured, then explained exactly what the installation would require as drilling into brick to affix the shutter frames would need to be handled with care. Step two would be with expert installer Raul, who would not only double-check her calculations but would also assess the brick window frames to avoid installation glitches. Less than a week later he arrived on time, confirmed the dimensions and collected part two of payment. Now, we could have charged all three payments and/or the total but we’re cash is king kinda folks. Promised a pre-Thanksgiving completion, we were later informed due to a construction backlog(each order is custom) installation would be December 2 instead. Not a problem for us, take your time Danmer; get it right, having lived with crappy blinds, what’s a few more days? Installation day, Raul and his assistant arrived as scheduled, finished the bedroom first, completed the living room, working non-stop through lunchtime, only accepting water, cleaned up like I would, left a vial of touch-up paint which we really didn’t need and collected the final payment. We can’t take our eyes off the difference, how open, bright our home is by day and how cozy, secure, it is by night, blocking ambient light while retaining warmth. Will share pics soon. Thank you Danmer, we couldn’t be happier! (Not sure I’ve posted this to the correct business location, Ms. Nordstrom’s card said Van Nuys but work was completed in WLA, will not make duplicate posts.)

Service was great! The guys were punctual, efficient and helpful in setting up my cables that went along with the tvs that I was having mounted. Very knowledgeable and experienced with the tvs and wall mounting. I would recommend this company to family Friends anytime!

I am a return customer. Loved the work and service 2 years ago, so I came back for more. This time was not so smooth, Confusion with the customer service orders, products and price, but the shutters look good — very stylish. My advice: use them but first do your own homework and know exactly what you want.
