Worst pharmacy EVER. CVS needs to fire everyone and get new people… They’re all rude, ignorant, and just lazy. When you have a question no one knows the answer. So you wander around the store looking for everything. I HATETHISSTOREMORETHANANYTHING!!! Plus, one of the pharmacists is either crazy or on drugs. His name is Roozbeh and he harasses customers… he’s rude and racist. If you try to fill a prescription for pain medicine and you’re a person of color, he’ll say they don’t have it in stock… he’s nasty to almost everyone. The girls who work with him aren’t too bright and appear to be afraid if him. Terrible store!!!

I called the pharmacy at 8:45 to check on a prescription that was just called in… The male person that picked up the phone just put me on hold… Not asking if I could hold… 17 mins later someone picked up the phone then hung it up… I called back an got the automated system came on saying the pharmacy is now closed and will reopen tomorrow at 8:00am… But if you go to the site it says 7−10… Very bad customer service … It guess that’s why this one is closing…

The pharmacy is the worst, OMG!!! I went to fill a prescription for pain and not only did they not have the needed meds, but the pharmacist was the rudest guy ever! I had been run around already to a half a dozen pharmacies, so naturally I was frustrated. He added to my frustration by saying that it was too late to check on the authorization and he couldnt fill it becuz people bring fake prescriptions from miles away and they just cant take the chance on filling mine. I understand there is workers comp fraud, but everybody aint thieves, okay! He was so condescending and then what nearly set me off was that the clerk came from around the counter and began closing the windows in my face while I was still talking to the pharmacist! I couldnt believe it! What a rude asshole, and Im filing an official complaint becuz that was the worst service ever. Never again will I patronize this pharmacy. Yuck!

DO not go here. This place is a mess! I came here on September 25, 2015. I came in around 9:15pm with my mom and aunt. We bought chocolate milk, donuts, and some coffee for my grandma. Everything was fine. I went back home the next day to my grandmas house and realize I got the wrong kind. I bought light roast she likes dark. It was on sale so that’s why I got it. So I decided next time I was at my moms house we could take it back. So two days later I ended up coming back. I didn’t want my money back just an exchange. So I take the coffee back. He looks at me and says«you didn’t buy this here». Ummm I literally bought it like 2 days before. I say«I purchased this a few days ago you can scan it and see that». I return stuff to CVS periodically and they always take it back. So he says«well where is your receipt if you bought it here!» I explain to him I didn’t bring it because I want to exchange. I didn’t think I needed it. He stated«we don’t sell expired product WE check our shelves». He hands it back to me and I’m shocked. it is expired. Now it’s on like donkey kong. I snap back«so you’re telling me you sold me expired coffee and refuse to refund me!?» Like excuse me. But you know what I’m not gonna do this with some rude manager. I say«So if I go home and get a receipt you’ll give me my money back? I originally just wanted an exchange. But now I want my money back.» He just nods like yeah whatever liar. He clearly didn’t believe me. So I say okay I’ll be right back you think I’m playing. My mom drives back home to get the receipt. I walk back in with the receipt and he didn’t say a word. Attention to the Hispanic male manager on duty. you are a joke and your customer service is a joke! Don’t treat your customers like thieves. You sold me coffee that expired in April!!! 6 months ago. Who knows how many other people bought it. I’ve calls corporate and let them know about this. I will never return!

WORST service ever. This is my first time writing a review, and I’m doing it because I couldn’t believe how horrible their customer service was. The worker gave me a number that only pharmacists were supposed to use, and I waited about two hours. At the end they didn’t even fucking have my prescription in stock. I was so fucking pissed. This place is shit.

Worst service ever! Couldn’t use my digital rewards coupons Because the c.s.r couldn’t operate the system, the few times I’ve been there not once have I felt welcome or been ask if I need help. Either cvs needs to train their employees better in providing excellent customer service or hire more staff
