3 years living here so far. 5 stars for the super responsive management, relatively convenient location(e.g. close to DTLA, close to Metro stations, close to a ton of restaurants), and sense of safety in the middle of Ktown. The key card-protected main entrance and security camera surveillance, as well as police station a block away, help. Street parking is limited, sadly, but luckily there is an indoor and outdoor parking lot.

Lived here for about a year and a half. Absolutely loved my unit! I had a million dollar view of the DTLA skyline, which is something I’ll definitely miss. Lots of storage and the layout of the unit was awesome. Many of my friends complimented me on «what a nice studio» I had. Management gets A+ for customer service! My calls were always returned promptly and service requests taken care of asap. The building itself was always quiet and peaceful; no noisy neighbors ever. Lots of secure entrances which made me feel safe. I recommend paying the additional $ for the underground parking(if available at the time) because it was a blessing in this busy part of town.

I’ve lived here for 7 years! It was the only place that called me back from Westside Rentals, meaning they have good customer service. It’s been a pleasant place to live, with a convenient location and near the police station.

Lived here for a year and a half and love it. The reviewer complaining about the safety and the laundry is a whiny baby pants and needs to go back to Marin Del Rey or wherever they’re from. This is a great neighborhood and the laundry isn’t as good as what my parents have in the suburbs, but it’s certainly better than going to the laundromat. I plan on staying here until at least until I finish law school.

Great place. Unlike the previous reviwer, I got a parking space, which is gated and underground. Only an extra $ 30/month, bringing my rent to $ 895. Definitely worth it, I see now. Never felt unsafe here, I loved my studio, over 600sq ft. huge windows and an awesome view of the downtown skyline. don’t do laundry here, as the nearby laundry place is exponentially cheaper(don’t go with quarters, it’s carded). Great 1920’s building. Close to fwy and public transportation very convenient.

I moved into this place because it was cheap and I thought it would be safe because it was across the street from a police station. Turns out, it’s not. My car was stolen from out in front on the complex. I was here a little over a year and the landlord also raped me on my deposit– taking nearly all of it. My place had roaches despite pest control coming out regularly. The washers and driers sucked. Don’t even think about moving here without a parking spot– Thursdays and Fridays is a nightmare for street sweeping. One star.
