Yuuuuuuccckkk!!! 1) place is filthy. 2) «pastries for the most part stale 3) staff is beyond rude. I’m calling the state it is inspection time ! Whoever owns this place should be ashamed since the great staff likes to ignore you here is a tip. Take 4 or 5 gallons of milk set them in the sunny window. Go to the ice cream freezer lay out about 12 – 15 helados on the table — they won’t even blink

I’m writing this review really late but I forgot it was in my drafts. My husband ordered a cake from here and it wasn’t ready on the day it was supposed to be. It was for my daughters birthday. Needless to say we had to figure something else out so we ran to pavilions and managed to get a last minute Dora the Explorer cake. My point is that this place should pay more attention to orders to avoid this problem.

Mmmmmm try their quesadillas(tasty bread from el salvador… not cheese and tortilla). Hope this place is around for years to come.

I love this bakery. If you’re looking for fresh Pan Dulce and some Salvadorian snacks you have to give them a try. I don’t mind driving from West LA if it means enjoying this quality of bread. I also get my cheese and sour cream at this place.

One of my fav hidden gems in Ktown! The staff is very friendly and informative. All of their baked goods look like they taste amazing and the ones I’ve had(Cheese Danish, peach and cheese Danish, dolce cake, and a banns and cheese Danish) have been delicious. Not to mention, they have the best coffee in the area. I would know, i drink it every other, and sometimes, on occasions, everyday :)

Great place for coffee and pastries. It’s in a sketchy part of Koreatown but worth the drive to get there.

This bakery is okay not amazingly great. If you are not a fan of tres leches and want to buy a cake ready to go, good luck. All their cakes are tres leches. I think that if you order it before you can get it without tres leches. I wish they some with out. Good service, need to spend 10 $ to use your card.

This place is underrated. Yes the location is not in a classy Beverly hills area, but they have so much good pastries. I love my napoleons from this place. So yumny and addicting. Will try more of their pastries. Keep up the deliciousness. Plus the employees are very nice.

I go here on weekend mornings for some sweet pastries, and also on weekday mornings if I have time before I need to catch my bus. Honestly, the four stars are for being damn cheap and damn friendly; the other day I got a massive pastry(I have no idea what anything is called, but it was layered with brown sugar in between the layers), a medium coffee, and a pre-made torta for $ 4.55. That’s two meals and some caffeine for less than five bucks. I admit that some of their pastries can be hit-or-miss, but I always love their basic pan dulce and anything involving tons of cinnamon. I had their cake once and was not a fan. Clerks are always super nice, and language barrier has not been a problem, which really surprised me. I went in and attempted some really terrible spanish to order, and the fellow was all, «will that be all?» at me. English for me!

Really Rude Staff Members. Not well trained. I added the sum of the total cost for the bread i wanted(since the staff didnt know how to do math) i told her how much i owed her, she replied to me, as if this is not your problem. I was going to tell her off, and ask her for my money back. But i didnt want to be rude and i really wanted my bread. Staff needs to be more professional not just hire any little girl. Been going her for more than 10 years, since i live around the neighborhood. Sure not going there again. Avoid this place at all cost, Trust Me.

Latin foods & cakes mostly(leche cakes/flan). I’ve tried few of their cakes. Not that good. Their coffee pastry tastes like dirt. Almost every pastry have at least one fruit on top, which is not bad… but killes the original taste. their customer service is not that good as well. not a good place to order spacial cakes(b’day/wedding). cheap place to go & eat some pastry

Just get the Tres Leche whole cake which is filled with fruits — it’s not too sweet and tastes so good!

I happened to be in the area and I was craving some pastry s from a panaderia. I ordered a cheese bread and a breaded pudding. Both the cheese bread and breaded pudding were a little bit on the dry side. However, I preferred the cheese bread over the breaded pudding. All of this came to only $ 2.80, so it’s pretty cheap. However, parking here is terrible, one of the worst parking lots I’ve ever been in. Unless you can walk here, I would just skip this place altogether.

I wish I could give if 5 stars but I only go for one sweet bread in there. It’s called«cuernos». I’m a huge«cuernos» fan. I went to this bakery when I first moved in to the neighborhood and as soon as I took a bite of that bread I was sold. Now I normally don’t carry cash with me because I know I’ll spend it. But every time I have a dollar I stop by to get a cuerno. And as I’m writing this review I am craving a cuerno. Now I need to look for a dollar to get one in the morning. Trust me go try one and go early cause they do sell out.

My neighborhood Latin Panaderia… Fresh baked breads and pastries! The sweet desserts here are really good! 2 types of leche flan, fruit tarts, tiramisu, etc… They also have a great sandwich here! Pan de pollo! Yummers!

How has no one written about this place yet? I’d normally give it 4 stars, but it’s been years since I had been there and I only got warm rolls. A good Panaderia in the area with sweet treats and fresh breads. if you can’t get past the language barrier, just point! Very nice folks.
