TERRIBLE!!! After they hook you in there is NO customer service. They did not provide me with a bill, just kept charging my credit card, and over charged me by a significant amount. Months later I am STILL waiting for a refund. People in charge ignore my emails. Save yourself a big hassle — do NOT use.

Bad customer service. Their policy is that your callers will be placed on hold for an unknown amount of time. When you attempt to speak with the people in charge who were readily accessible when they wanted your business, they are suddenly nowhere to be found when problems arise. Very disappointing especially when informed about our expectations prior to transferring to them.
