Ok. Let me start by saying this place gets 5 stars for office assistants/nurses. Super duper sweet ladies. I find that really rare and really important in a physician’s office. They are bringing my review from a 0 to a 2, that’s how much I liked them. I avoided rating the office because I wouldn’t want my review to effect their jobs. That being said, finding a good reliable doctor is more important. I have had a recurring sore throat and that’s what I went in for. I have insurance and was given this address by Aetna. From the outside this place looks extremely shady. Like I drove passed it 3 times because it looked like a dilapidated brothel. No signage. I was positive anyone who walked into the building would contract a disease, not be cured of one. So I reluctantly went in and the tiny waiting room was packed at 10:30am. My appointment was at 11am. The doctor did not arrive until 12:30! Apparently the usual doctor didn’t show so they called in another one of their doctor’s who lives in Palm Springs. He was a nice enough older guy and made sure there was a woman in the room while he examined me. He said it was«common courtesy». That was nice. He gave me a full physical exam for my throat pain. I thought it was weird, but at least he was thorough. The office was tiny and the walls were dirty. We all sat in fold up chairs, of which there weren’t enough. The tiny hallway where I was weighed had an old coffee table propping up an unused old door and was stacked with boxes of supplies. They had no tissues(!) and one of the sweet ladies behind the counter gave me paper towels and ran across the street to the liquor store to buy tissues. TISSUES!
